@mightyhand The way it works is he gets paid for every ad view, which means every time someone sees an ad on a video the persons that own the channel gets paid so Wings got no money because he disabled ads on that video, and its for that same reason that whenever anyone watches a youtube video on an ipod or phone no one gets paid because theres no ads :)

Reddit is a great website, actually. It's a large community, though, which means that there are a lot of people with different opinions, and a lot of assholes. It's true for every website. Don't hate Reddit, there are a lot, a large majority, of really, really nice people that have great input on limitless topics.

If you are serious about guitar playing then you need to check out Marty Schwartz's vids here on youtube, he also has his own website where he has several lessons for true beginners. I can honestly say no one has helped me learn more about guitar than Marty, best guitar instructor on the net.

Whenever people hate on you, normally it means you're doing something well (and they get jealous because you have a successful YouTube career and they never will). It really is unfortunate that we have to be so bitter towards people because anytime someone does something nice for someone else, its automatically assumed that there are ulterior motives.
