Look up the company name. They make cameras that detect and log risky behavior in people driving fleet vehicles for various different industries (from taxi to truck driver, etc) many companies have these cams in all their vehicles.

Reason is the steering ratio lock to lock is so slow that you can steer faster with one hand than tripping over two. Now, on a sports car the steering is tuned for aggressive driving and slight turns of the wheel result in immediate steering corrections. In these cases two hands work fine.
