i don't really like the... uhm, let's call it "pastell-ness" of the characters :D the colours are to soft.

the animation differs between good and a lot of flaws, but it's ok since there's no 100-men-strong animationstudio behind this.

the bachgrounds are awesome, and the story sounds very interesting

This looks like it'll be a good story. The animation could use a bit of work, but I think my biggest recommendation would be to work on the voices. They were just...not convincing at all. Can't wait to see the next one!

I loved the story, and the animation. My only complaints are the obvious, the one early-on unfinished scene. I do wish also that you would have found a slightly more masculine sounding voice for the boy. I know he's young, but closing my eyes, it was definitely a female sound.

Beautiful intro.  The animation sadly was not as good, the animation was too stiff, and it felt like it was trying too hard to look like anime styles and sterotypes rather than the animation itself.

I'm a little torn in my opinion about this... I don't know, I've read the other comments and I can see that there are a few very opposite oppinions here.

I personally think the story isn't a bad idea - quite interesting, actually. The music was nice as well. As for the animation: I've seen better, but it's still really good, I should say. I don't think you can really say one animator is better than another because everyone has his own style.

I so loved the mural-introduction; beautiful and brilliant. Then, when it turned to Anime eyes and that ubiquitous "tiny-girl-giggle-made-by-adul­t-woman" I was reflexively repulsed. I thought it was going to be as magical as Swept Away but alas was disappointed. I don't mean to be cruel or insensitive; as I know this must have required a mountain of labor; I only wish you had continued your flawless individuality and originality. Peace.
