You are awesome LastEagle83. Thank You for your belief in protecting children, not the bank account of a 2.5 billion dollar INSURANCE Company. PLease repost, and call everyone you possibly can. "DAVID WILL WIN THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION and when people start buying from a company OTHER than Utica, they will listen!
The liability policy protects the school's liability. In Georgia, the school and teacher are protected under sovereign immunity. That is the law if you live in Georgia. The Georgia Supreme Court in its decision followed the law and we must do so as well. An insurance company can't simply give its policyholders’ money away (in this case the school taxpayers' money, who pay the premiums).

@miklaust . So, the school and the teacher are protected under sovereign immunity; which under most statutes shields them from liability, correct? If that is truly the case, what in the H3LL are the Forsyth County taxpayers buying from your company? A warm fuzzy feeling?
Just because the law says it is right in no way makes it right Michael. Haven’t you seen enough in the last 3 years to grasp that FACT ! This teacher was negligent and there is nothing anyone can say that will change that FACT. What your company did was once again like all insurance companies, you made money from someone’s misfortune. My bet is you probably think subprime mortgages were right also, because the law said they were or did your company make money off of them too!
The Utica National Insurance LIABILITY policy is paid for by taxpayers. They made $740,000,000.00 last year. You would think after reading THEIR SCHOOL SAFETY WEBSITE they would help David. They never PAID A PENNY to help his six figure expenses (with future medical expenses to come in the six figures). DO THE RIGHT THING UTICA! Isn't that why you sell Insurance? TO HELP VICTIMS
Ya didn't watch the video did ya? (0digitalgeisha0) The Georgia Courts would not allow David a trial.

The parents should sue the "teacher" personally for what she did.
