We shouldn't forget, that what ever seems to be greater on a native life, we don't have to fight illnis like them, so we could life pretty much longer. We don't have to fight for food and don't get problems if it doesn't rain.

Even theire society might be not great, maybe they are in war with theire nighbor village, maybe there is a hierarchy?

And in the end, they don't have the freedom of self-fulfillment like we do, for example to make a clip like this or to say: No, i don't wanne hunt.

i dont understand this. So its better to live hungry, suffer all your life and die young, than to live in an advanced society? This animation shows this native as happy, but you can be sure you are not happy if you are hungry. Life expectancy was from 20-30 throughout human existance and it rissen only in the last century in developed countrys. If anyone wants to move in with such a community, they can do it anytime, if life here is so bad.

nice art design, at least by concept. the film itsel is cute. good direction and editing overall. but the animation itself is problematic. indeed stiff, the character rigg seems very limited.

also, the art style was a bit wasted. the textures are a serious drawback.

so- cute, but can't be a graduation project without a serious make-over.

The running was a little stiff. But over all i like the animation. The young boy was well put together. And I feel sorry for him that the feature is coming to that poor village.

Of course there's a lot of room for improvement. The animation can be touched up a bit to be more fluent and smooth. The expression really needs some work and the setting needs more detail and a better color scheme.

The character is a brazilian indian, and the film shows the contrast that exists in Brazil. The forest and its habitants vs. the huge and polluted cities down here.

Although the character animation and design was poor the direction and message were done quite well. I can understand the overall feeling very well and I think that's what counts.

yeah I went there and saw many students who could blow this away. I didn't major in animation, I did modeling, but I just felt this was stiff animation.

It's not horrible, I just meant VFS is such a good school, they have better vids to pull from.
