Geez, the surfing themes sure are among the worst tracks in the games.

I don't wanna look like a nostalgia freak here (cuz I'm not) but the only decent one is Kanto's.

I've used over 350 HOURS on the Hoenn and over 100 of them on the water.... There for I really really LIKE the hoenn surf theme... GOOD TIMES :D Lanturn my first Lvl 100 Pokemon you'r a great friend to me in hoenn :D

When I think of surfing in Pokemon, I imagine you, the trainer, calling out your Pokemon to ride on them across the blue water, watching the Magikarp swimming underneath you. You could just lean back and enjoy yourself.

I don't get that vibe from Unova. It sounds similar to a bicycle theme, which is the exact opposite of my imagination.

Hoenn's Surfing theme is honestly the only one I liked, since the region was all water, and the song was actually kinda good. There was a few patches of land and that's it, in that place. Surfing must've been a godsend lol

... except Unova (4/4 time signature, normal music, count 1-2-3-4 1-2-3-4)

FFLG is nice :). I love HGSS's surf theme. So relaxing! So nostalgic riding on a back of a Lapras.

RSE just brings me nightmares of endless surfing through the water to get to that island you must go to in order to move the game's plot. DPP is just meh. Nothing about it stands out to me. BW is so-so. Never got to hear it much since you don't get surf until you're more than half way through the game.

People think DPPT surf music is bad because it's slow and RSE surf music is fast. Mostly it's because it's on GBA although FRLG was ok though... maybe RSE music is the best because it's on GBA and their music is catchy too.
