she proberly is seven as there 6 year olds at my gym who can up start (what you call kip) as well as her. the double is impressive though, but i guess she must practice that alot as we dont often start coaching that to eight.

Thanks for your comments. Shan is training for international level 5 she has competed in lower levels last year but this is first year in elite will probably compete next year if ready.
