i just had a horrible experience with this company. i wish i had read reviews online before i messed with this them. everything i read was unfortunately true. classic bait & switch. they didn't contact me for a week AFTER receiving the phone, despite the claims of fast service. i tried to contact them repeatedly and all i would get is an automated email response. when someone finally bothered to contact me, they wanted to give me $20 when they quoted me $140. i told them them to ship it back
