You seem to be describing Bachelor Anarchy, not Tribal Anarchy.

Would you tell your mother that you are going to replace her? Are you so callous that you can abandon your family so easily for another 'geo bound ideology?'

A tribe would not disband so easily! One would have to force their will onto their children and family to 'switch' tribes. Assuming that another tribe would accept their clan.

You are planning for future generations aren't you?

Bachelor anarchy comes up in like zero search results on google, but I mean of course we can keep putting a razor to terms to make them more precise.

I think the fact that the children will have a foundational belief in their culture is a good thing. Look at how they dress the same in the Himalayas as they did 100 years ago. No one is putting a GAP in there. Having the freedom to leave doesn't mean there wouldn't be a social stigma attached.
