@BlackLinkz14 turn auto battle off. Press L1 after casting libra to check enemy stats. Press R1 to switch paradigms. Press triangle to shorten attacks. Press circle and square when using gestalt mode. You can move the camera around in battle. There you go.

@heavymetalking98 there is no bug glitch. If your PS3 is in terrible shape something will happen. It's not the game's fault. Go buy it. Also before you play turn off auto battle and read datalogs and the manual (to know how to use the repeat command), trust me.

@uNANOtube every official game(Final Fantasy I - XIII without any added name) is separated from the others - new world, new characters, new story. only sequels and prequels (as FFVII: Crisis Core, Final Fantasy X-2, etc. ) share the places and people in it.

there's an exeption at FFXIII - Versus and Agito aren't related to FFXIII by the world or characters, they are completely different and share only the usage of crystals in each game.

I finished the game last April 29 and all I can say is that I WISHED I COULD HAVE EXPLORED THE TERRAINS/LOCALES EVEN MORE :((((((( the environment looks so detailed down to the last piece of grass and yet, there are locales that implies the look-but-don't-touch (or rather travel in this case) sign :|

@XxjizzxinxmyxpantsxX I would say yes, because I love it. It's a VERY high quality game, but you might not like it. The majority of the game is linear, and also stat boosting is linear as well, and there's a lot of cutscenes in the game. If you like that or you don't mind it you'll love it because the game's graphics are gorgeous, the battles are really fun, the story is great, the characters are developed and the game is long. I recommend it, but it needs to fit your tastes, obviously.

@rubyhartlove I have to disagree. I have played pretty much played every single FFsince the 1980s when I first got nintendo. It is true that the games are leaning more towards science fiction novels than the classic fantasy novels. However, the most important aspects to the games is a good story line and excellent gameplay which this game has. FF IV (FF II in the US for SNES) will always be my favorite, but that doesn't mean I say that every FF game not like FF IV is not a FF game.

Yes its called final fantasy, but it lacks so many things that FF used to have, like moogles, i haven't seen one, and ive won it, even if there is a shop with there name, it lacks freedom AKA world map, that most final fantasys have. You dont really do much in this game, but yes it has a VERY good story line. But this game is still a big disappointment to me. In my eyes, its just a very long movie, there is too many cut-scenes.

FF XIII, is based on chapters, i cant remember when FF EVER did that, unless i'm missing something. FFX was a good game, could still travel a little, great battle system, FFXIII not a good game, cant travel, based on chapters, just a VERY long movie. Yes true people might like it, but not me, my own opinion, feel free to disagree.

FFXIII FF13 is amazing iv completed it once and i loved the ending to it.Though im playing it through again but i forgot to pick all the weapons up along the way so lightning still has her blazefire saber lvl 6 all that stuff no i cant get past the boss in the gapra white woods i think it is called the aster protoflorian i cant do any damage to it i almost killed it but i also dont have enough phoenix downs or potions but i loved the game i think it is the best final fantasy ever FF13 FTW XD
