Very nice! I have been playing this piece about a week now, and have just today managed to memorize it. Now the work of polishing it begins. That's why I'm here: I wanted to listen to a variety of interpretations of it. Nicely done. This piece would fall into ruin without a thoughtful approach. I was drawn in by your performance. Thank you for posting.
@MultiChief - Thank you so much for your very kind and thoughtful comments! Would love to hear your interpretation of this beautiful piece one day, be sure to post it here on YouTube! Best wishes, GR
Hello cjkreuscher72 - Thank you very much for your kind & articulate comment, I appreciate it very much! I actually thought that my performance of this beautiful piece on YouTube had been forgotten by now so you really made my day!! :-) Best wishes, GR
@MarkAntony - Thank you very much! Dropping the inner voice is a great idea, I'm going to give it a try. Only the aficionados will tell if they really pay attention ;-). Best regards, GR
Hi David, Thank you very much for taking the time to listen/watch and for your kind complimentary words, I appreciate them very much! Best regards, GR
Hello Comingessp, Thank you very much! My guitar is made by the wonderful luthier Gernot Wagner from Frankfurt, Germany. A 1997 traditional Hauser-influenced model with a spruce top and Brazilian rosewood back and sides. Thanks for your interest. Best, GR
Hi marjannonaka, Thank you so much! I agree it is one of the most beautiful guitar pieces ever written, classic and timeless. Barrios was a wonderful genius. Best wishes, GR
Hi Serge Thank you very much! I've been playing the piece for about a year but only by reading it. It took me a few weeks to commit it to memory. I really memorized it well after playing it many times trying to get a good take to post on YouTube. Thanks again, GR
I'm not familiar with this piece, so I didn't notice any mistakes at all. Your standards of excellence are much higher than mine. In fact, if I were to adopt your standards, I'd have to stop playing all together. But I'll keep listening to this video until I can recognize a mistake.

You 've done it nicely. It's a very very difficult piece but also very beautiful.
Great Job ! Good thumb of your left hand.
Are you a classical guitar teacher.

Lovely interpretation, well done. Regarding the long reaches, sometimes I drop the inner voice. That's my own "way around" the problem!

Very nice! Also I've never seen anyone execute that low Eb with the thumb.

Bravo my friend brilliantly played, and i enjoyed every minute of it.
You are quite right in saying not an easy piece to play. but you played it convincingly
and with feeling.
