good job bruhh its crazy how the world is getting more advanced at a young age each year im a sophomore in high school this year and as if right now im at 44'10 but i will break dat soon.....u do aau track too i hope to see u at nationals one year
i high jumped for 3 years but i tried triple jumping for the first time this spring and ended up going 43 foot something but i was jumping against 45 footers so i couldnt go to state
they were all at least 6'2" and black, im 5'8" and indian fml
Yea thats good. I'm in the same grade as you over in NY. I jumped 42'6'' this year and made it to states but did terrible. Soccers my main sport and the one I'm probably going to college for, but I love the triple. I'm trying to get to 45 next year and have a real chance of winning states. Got a lot of work to do this summer though.
O okk. I thought it was a nice video. Your second phase could use a little bit of work but I think everybody's can. 42 feet as a sophmore is very good and if you can work hard you can definetely be jumping 45 by next year and 48-49 as a senior. Keep up the hard work dudee.
I will be competing soon this summer. And my summer goals are to jump near 44' (TJ) and 20'(LJ). In the video I used a 30' feet board, so I could work on my first phase. I jumped 40' two weeks ago, so I feel confident going into National Competition (USATF).
It was pouring rain two days before this meet. The pit was very soaked that it looked like paper mache'. We had to shovel the pit now and then that day, so the jumpers would not feel an impact when they would land.
this seems like below average to me... just saying
