Infrastructure is a prophecy coming true? Even the poorest countries have seen some infrastructure now. You see more infrastructure where there is more industry...seeing as the Gulf is loaded with oil, it makes sense that they be built up. Goodness, Mohammed (PBUH) or anyone could have said that there'd be more infrastructure in the world's poorest countries 14 centuries later and they would have been right!
