@geo4honey Sorry man, I've never tried the GRX90. But if you have more budget, I'd say look for something better than Ibanez Gio series

What size hex key/allen wrench do you use to adjust the truss rod on your guitar?

how well does it stay in tune? like, could you do alot of whammy bar n divebombs n whatnot or no?

You can only do a little vibrato with this guitar's tremolo, if you want to do a lot of whammy, I'd recommend you to get the real floyd rose.

Well, this guitar is sturdy enough for me and I believe it will last long.

But if you want to get a guitar below 300 USD, I recommend you to get something else like Schecter

@MCrowley555 this is a very good guitar for 150 i own it n love it, i have been playing for 6 years and it was my first guitar, for the price you cant go wrong specially if you are into metal. even though it can play anything, i give it a 4/5 the only thing i did was to lower the action and it play super nice.

If you are just started playing, I think your will like this guitar.

This is my first electric, and after a while I sold it and get better guitar.

I recommend you to try it yourself and see whether you like it or not.

dude...well tried.....even if i don't use tremolo...does this guitar stays in tune very well...after doing some crazy bends..how does it go with drop b, drop d tunings.....

For my playing without agressive bends, it stays in tune quite well.

Drop-tuning is fine for drop D, but for drop C or lower, you'll need thicker string gauge

awesome! i was thinking about getting that guitar is it worth $149.99 from guitar center when i have been playing a brand i have never heard of for 2 years that has 1 pickup and no whammy bar

@Hadoitz yeah the tremolo sucks.. i have the same guitar and i took out the tremolo cause the tuning.....
