  • word.

  • @variablast dont curse on Islam that's disrespectful -_-''

  • @Ramroom12cat fuck islam.

  • Mall Cop was a good film. I liked it.

  • what are you talking about man, thats why i watch you. because your fat stupid and incompetent

  • @variablast i dont believe in religion but u shouldnt condescend religions, im offended because i go to an international school where we learn how to get along with people of other religions and u should be able to tolerate, and if ur bringing up the right of free speech, well fuck u coz this is my right of free speech

  • @variablast enjoy hell

  • Malin Ackerman IS hilarious in The Heartbreak Kid.

  • Watchmen was an awkward movie with both very good and very bad parts. The very bad ones can be blamed on weak actors.

  • @variablast Uh, Islam is a religion, man XD.

  • "there are a lot of pott smokers here in the US." hahahaha!

  • Mall Cap will never go away

  • it mystifies you cause you're fat

  • aww fuck.. i hate the way they just stereo typed Marijuana smokers

  • @variablast Fuck christianity, fuck hinduism, fuck wicca, etc. etc.

  • The Watchmen was 1 of the worst movies I've ever seen. Disgracefully bad.

  • @BlindPacemaker

You must not have seen very many movies, bro. Perhaps because you're blind? ;)

  • Also, it is funny to hear this guy call someone else "fat stupid and incompetent"

Kevin James is one of the funniest men on the earth, you are a complete tool who laughs at his own jokes. And your partner also summed up her own performance, "she sucks?"

  • It is funny, you completely captured how I feel when I watch the Young Turks, "oh oh,, no please. just stop..."

  • from the trailer i thought mall cop would suck but it was good.

  • wtf it sucked i didtn even watch the whole thing i just left

  • You got to admit Mall Cop is kind of orginal.

Very few movies where security guards are the main character

  • Wait...One of my friends watched Paul Blart high and still didn't like it.

  • I don't know, I liked Paul Blart...

  • Very inarticulate speaker. Sloppy elocution, poor presentation.

  • SILK 2 was ....not good

  • Unnecessary comment against the Jonas Brothers...that's really unattractive. Especially because those numbers did not include presales, which were $22 million, giving the movie a $34 million opening weekend.

  • Do you HAVE a point?

  • yes, but it clearly went over your head. which is probably why you stick to kids movies like harry potter.

  • Ah yes, because swearing at strangers on YouTube for no reason would be such a better use of my time.

  • lol, touche!

  • @USApotterfanHPLO I curse you to Hell!

  • i totally want to see mallcop 2 now.

  • how long can a movie be and still have 2 showings a night?

  • Wait, Mall Cop did not involve Apatow OR Rogan, what does this have to do with potheads?

I blame the family-oriented crowd that watches King of Queens time to time.

  • @genresrforposer

Because the movie blows. That was the point. Nothing more.

  • DC is certainly giving Marvel a run for their money.

  • The Watchmen? Up against the dozen of marvel movies? The Watchmen didn't even make X-men money let alone Spider-man money... and you know when Wolverine comes out those earnings are going to beat the shit out of the Watchmen earnings. MARVEL for LIFE!

  • everything you see her in your like nonono stop

  • Comment removed

  • No, the movie "did so good" because the world is full of fucking morons with sub 100 I.Q's and senses of humour coming out of their asses. enjoy dipshit!

  • Comment removed

  • yep, my point proven. cheers!

  • weak sauce

  • lol, thats why you removed the comment huh! knucklehead.

  • Liking movies like Mall Cop, Push, Fired up to don't make you dumb. Not every movie has to be deep sometimes I just want to laugh and see some cool special effects fighting, sometimes I want a deep plot.

  • watchmen vs X-men. its comming just wait for it

  • Watchmen fucking ruled! The book was superb, the movie was great!

  • "WEAK SAUCE BATMAN!!!"

....All my friends laugh their asses off in agreement

Rorschach did steal the show as Dr. Cool

  • Umm how about Tyler Perry's movies? Madia Goes to Jail was #1 two weeks in a row (beat out the Jonas Brothers crap movies) and opened with over $41 million. Shocking.

  • Seeing how almost 60 percent of black people have seen all the plays before he got famous he was guaranteed at least 15 in opening week

  • That was shocking

  • Watchmen was a huge letdown at the box office.

  • First off, I find it more surprising that Paul Blart: Mall Cop is still in theaters, considering its release date. However, it was a great movie to take the kids to, and was a good "father-son" movie, which is rare, considering the amount of "mother-daughter" movies released.. So, as surprising as it is, there is some reasons that would back up its position on the top 10 list..

Was nice just to have a funny-stupid movie for once..

  • there's a lot of stupid people.... actually I think more than 50% of the population are stupid... actually I hope it's not that high, but sadly it's probably not far off....

  • Paul blart nor Watchmen instrest me somehow. I rather be watching the history channel.

  • Wait until "Observe and Report" comes out, that'll be a better movie than Paul Blart.

  • teehee cenk saw 27 dresses!

  • Shows that Americans are stupid

  • The appeal of "Paul Blart.." is that people got exactly what they expected to see, and sometimes that's good enough...fuck critics!!!!

  • Ebert gave it a pretty good review.

  • Kevin James is an awesome actor

  • can't wait for T4 that will be awesome, just for kicks they should include the F- tirade once they release the DVD

  • how dare you badmouth silk spectre!!

  • people need to stop going to see it so it can go to the dollar movies here

I want to see it but not for 8 dollars

  • I actually liked Ozymandias. I thought he acted his part to great effect. Wouldn't have bothered me to have seen more of his character, in fact.

  • You know what frightens me the most?

Hollywood will hop on that Paul Blart bandwagon. There will be more badly-done movies about fat, incompetent guys.

Close the wine and drink your book, Cenk. Creativity, originality, and Orson Wells is Dead.

  • we already have shows like that (sit coms)

  • Paul Blart movie gross revenue is $130,603,851... what the hell ? lol.... i saw the trailer but wasnt jumping to see it lol... it looks like a time pass.. u hve nothing to watch n ur bored so go see that lol

  • Weed smokers responsible for Paul Blart? Please, blame bovine America.

  • Ana you look STUNNING!!!

  • here's why this happens:

"Do you wanna see the one about the mall cop or the one about the Indian game show?"

"ahhh... They both sound stupid as fuck, don't they?"

"Yeah, who gives a fuck. Lets flip a coin."

  • LOL. I agree.

  • I saw Mall Cop. It was ok. Not great but not torture.

  • i smoke some weed but that doesn't means i would go watch mall cop. that's for cokeheads

  • lol. people over 30 can't be pot heads.

  • oscar winner doesn't equal box office success. the general public is as stupid as the premise of mall cop. i am an herb connoiseur and i wouldn't see mall cop if you paid me.

  • according to wikipedia, paul blart mall cop has grossed $130 million dollars. WTF?!? haha

  • You don't get it. The economy is so bad that people need something to laugh about. I don't want to waste my money on stupid movies but I'd rather watch one a violent one.

  • Spill said the same thing lol

  • WTF? Paul Blarc? POTSMOKERS!!!!!!!!

  • Mall Cop 2 is already coming out, only the role's being reprised by Seth Rogan, and the title's getting a twist.

  • WATCHMEN was tight. Zack Snyder did put in work. There were some scenes that were on the cutting room floor, but hopefully there will be a director's cut out soon.

  • Watchmen was amazing

  • hes totally right. it sucked

  • Loool, You say malin Åkerman is a bad actor, she might not be the best but she is not bad like you tell it and in 27 dresses, she did a good job in a succy movie..Your all wrong on this one cenk.

  • I agree

In this film, she's not given the time. Her scenes for example when she told off John wasn't bad, she was a good enough actress that you can understand that the character was just bored, not being Silk Spectre, and lonely, Dr. Mattahan not paying attention to her. Plus you can see the hypocrites Dan and her are they love the violence like the Comedian and Rorsarch but condemn them.

  • I think we all need comedy relief, especially silly comedy, when things are tough and hard to understand. In the 1960s when I was in engineering school, getting my head filled every day with all those equations, I'd come home and turn on TV shows like Green Acres, Hogan's Heroes, or Batman for some stress relief. Then, I could tackle my studies.

  • I liked Matthew Goode as Ozymadias, but Silk Spectre was really really bad.

  • I completely agree. I liked matthew goode as Ozymadias. I thought his character was very well played. I mean after all he is the worlds smartest man , how would anyone expect him to act.

  • cenk looks like a brown Paul Blart

  • there are a ton of weed smokers here in the US.

  • malin akerman is hot

  • the budget was 26 million,it's made over 130 million,lol

  • actually I think that the ozymandias guy was the best actor

  • Paul Blart is fucking win. And thanks for the weed smokin' Americans shoutout.

  • watchmen was kinda weak and nite owl was horrible.

  • dude that movie was worth the money, o wait I didnt pay! it was definetly worth my time!

  • people want comedy in rough times.

  • the american peoplae are not that brilliant really.....they did vote for bush....TWICE

  • Actually, only once. In 2004. The first "election" was stolen.

  • @shade421

    once

  • @shade421 yeah, but Bush only won the second election just because the bigger states got more of a say-so than all the states combined did. Al Gore should have been president.

  • no man, that movie is funny kinda

  • I wonder if the resurgence of Paul Blartt has to do with that new mall cop movie with Seth Rogan that's coming out called Observe and Report.

  • Why? Because movies suck nowadays!

  • Always a good thing when a comic can be successfully adapted to film...great for both industries...Now for a REALLY good Game adaptation...still waiting on that...the Resident Evil's were kind of hit or miss...

As far as Mall Cop...good for them! lol Still waiting for it to come out on DVD...but hey...people seem to dig it:) awesome

  • ooh, no - please stop! Haha!

  • You i dont think matthew goode and Malin Akerman did such a bad job it was solid performances all round including them. They were just dwarfed by the intensity of Jackie Earle Haley's portrayal of Rorschach.

I'm satisfied that Watchmen is a success, to me this ends the debate in me of whether it was a good film or not. Here's looking forward to the rest of 2009.

  • How much money do you guys get from talking so much about Watchmen?

  • my only problem with WATCHMEN is Mr. Mannhatten's penis is hanging out during the whole movie!!!

  • Paul Blart's still doing well in the Box Office because Kevin James is one of the funniest men alive!

  • ...and all the whores and politicians will scream save us and I'll say I just farted!

  • I am a Muslim, first of all. Secondly, what are you talking about? Some of the greatest artists in the world have been and are Muslims. Also, if you don't take your religion "seriously" what is the point of having one? And that is a common misconception of the west, only a diminutive portion of Muslims are extremists and most of the "Muslim extremists" are actually not "Muslim extremists" but cultural extremists, for example the Taliban.

  • A lot of comic fans have waited years for a Watchmen movie. Will be more interesting to see what happens next week.

Haven't seen it yet, but I suspected it would be rubbish. If it isn't and turns out to be a big hit, then I will have been surprised.

  • To JoeJones

Very good point. Can younger generation be stopped to watch R rated movies ever. I remember back in the days, i was watching a movie called Starship Troopers, but i saw twenty 9 year old kids seated in front of the theater. My initial thought was oh their parents brought them, but I didn't see a single guardian. So I think people need to think about what people are "really watching" when they are paying for something else. This may help eliminate bad movies getting box office hit

  • Don't see it. I expected it to be simple but funny. It was unbelievable and not funny at all. And, I am no harsh judge.

  • biggest opening so far this year means nothing. not hating on watchmen at all but wolverine, star trek, and terminator will all beat it. they have bigger fan bases.

paul blart is going to sink titanic's run at overall gross.

  • funny. even Slumdog got pirated, you think any of these movies will make any money?

  • There are a lot of dumb Americans. Look at all the ones who voted for Sarah Palin.

  • Waltz With Bashir was amazing, one of the best movies of 2008

  • paul blart is here to stay baby

  • Pot will make any movie awsome.

  • not the international trust me it wont help ; )

  • Not Dragonheart. I tried that turkey the other day. Couldn't make it past 10 min.

  • I had to go to therapy over Dragonheart.

Man this video made me laugh hard.

  • Malin Akerman is NOT an actress. She's a model.

  • Kids bought paul blart to sneak into watchmen

  • Joejones - That's something I would not have considered. Good point. I wonder if some producers release films at a certain time to coincide with other popular rated R films. Thanks.

  • the mall cop movie was kinda funny

  • "It shows how sickeningly immoral god's "chosen people" are. This applies to Jews, Muslims, and Christians (Phalangists and Zionists in this case)."

What movie are you talking about?

  • stop flooding my subscriptions box u crazy ppl!

  • I loved it. I love the actress who played the first Silk Spectre.(The graphic novel was better).

  • man that girl... what's her name, she's looking good today.

  • I think cenk got bought out by the producers of watchmen.

  • lol maday-ah

its muh-di-yah......... not that i care. its like how oprah says, ri-hana instead of ri-ana

  • Slum Dog was way over rated imo. When i saw it i thought it was a good movie, but never did the thought come up "Oh man this is Oscar material".. I think its outrageous that it won movie of the year!

  • What do you think should have instead?

  • thats because there was so much hype around slumdog, so by the time you were gonna see it, you expected too much. i guarantee you your reaction would be different if noone was talking about slumdog when you saw it. same thing happened to me.

  • Well thats the thing, I dont have T.V so i didnt even know what it was about when i saw it. So if i had been exposed to the hype it probably would have been really disappointing.not to say it was a bad movie, but Oscar material?? Come on...

  • Slapstick historically does well in bad economic times.

  • "silk spectre is the woman right?"

UGH...... Ana, I love you. BUT... UGH!

  • Shows that Americans are stupid

  • go watch big mommas house you fat american

  • I'll come over to your momma's house and show her my fat american .

  • she doesnt want your flabby, disgusting, 300 lb body anywhere near her

  • No but she'll take my ten lbs of blood engorged flesh. Fun fact: your mom has no gag reflex.

  • why?

  • totally agree on Cenks acting assessment of the Watchman. I realy did not love this movie. I kind of found the whole thing a yawn...not terrible ot awesome. So-so. I know I am in the minorty - but I just didnt love it.

  • the movie sucks

  • I think Cenk needs to watch it and review it on the show.

  • he did

  • havent seen it...........the guy that made that shitty neo-con 300 made this too.......so protesting.....

  • Another reason why Paul Blart is so successful is because it is a reflection of what most Americans really are. They are fat, lazy, and are all too quick to have a pity party for themselves. The main character of the movie embodies all these traits well. Only in this sort of movie, does a person like that become a winner. Americans, like to live in this delusional fantasy that they can continue to be pudgy, undisciplined, gluttonous morons and still succeed. This movie fulfills their fantasy.

  • Man chill out its a fucking comedy. Stop trying to take it so seriously.

  • Seth Rogan Mall Cop movie looks way better.

  • The reason for "Paul Blart: Mall Cop" being successful is because the American public, for the most part, are a bunch of juvenile people. Let's face it, if the American people were more intellectually sophisticated, do think they would have tolerated Bush for as long as they did? The same "thinking" with your gut mentality, that gave Bush his free reign, is the same mentality that causes such a lackluster movie to amass so much popularity.

  • ...or it's just a funny movie with a fat guy.

  • The American people have spoken and it came out as a grunt.

  • This is really entertaining this should be a weekly segment were you guys discuss the weekends box office.

  • Mall Cop still going strong...

  • Paul Blart lives on

  • great, i can't wait for hollywood to just roll with the tide and come out with even more bullshit movies for dumb pothead kids.

    this shit will be neverending.

  • good call you nailed it!!

  • Paul Blart was making shitloads of money since the minute it came out. Ana obviously doesn't know anything about potheads because the people who made it successful are those braindead tweens, the same people responsible for making all shitty corporate pap a success in America.

  • I only pay to see really good movies and "Mall Cop" was not one of them, but I did watch it online and it sucked, so Bravo!

  • Should I see Mallcop?

  • nope.

  • American audiences like to laugh at a fat stupid incompetent mall cop because many Americans enjoy laughing at someone who they perceive is inferior to them. Since Americans are fat and stupid for the most part the lowest common denominator is what appeals to them. Also, I thought Watchmen was brutally awesome and I don't think Ackerman or Goode did a poor job at all. I don't know why people are trashing them.

  • fuck jonas

  • nerd life!
