And yes, for OBVIOUS reasons, Taiwan is considered differently, not least because there is hardly any trade whatsoever between the PRC and the RoC, again for obvious reasons. Again, basic economics. The Chinese economy is phenomenal but balanced very precariously like several spinning plates- the Chinese economy isn't going quite as well as you think.
