@stevenmcg69 If Tyson stayed with rooney and stayed focused NOBODY would have come close. If you don't trust my opinion on it then maybe Freddie roach and Emanuel Steward could get your attention. They have both claimed tyson was the real deal and would have been unbeaten had he stayed focused. Anyway, I guess we should just agree to disagree.

@mike649fox I think its impossible for anyone who wasn't following boxing in the late 80s to realize just what a force Tyson was and what could have been. It wasn't just who he beat, it was how he did it...just overwhelmingly, no one could touch the guy. If you only saw things after the Douglass fight you wouldn't have any idea what they big deal was.
