  • god

  • @ingear. That's how everybody dressed in the Seventies douchebag! Hippies were a tiny group in the Sixties. You're looking at feathered hair cuts on clean, employed people who can buy concert tickets. Learn some history! I was there and will not be insulted by a child who doesn't know music, let alone culture.

  • ¡Yo amaba a Peter Frampton when I was a sixteen! Él era super sexy con una voz varonil que me enloquecía!

  • Que guapísimo

  • Orduko neska horiek oro nolako orai? Non orai? Gaxuak!

  • great song peter

  • 3:20 he had those girls... and good time for the hippies

  • Rock on, Frampton!

  • OK, Now that time when he stoped to look at the crowd the acoustic guitar stoped, but in one of the videos on here at that point the guitar rythem does not stop. SHOWING it was faked. This is a much better representention of peter playing live acoustic. I have never had any doubts of his ability to play guitar I just hate it when a TV show has a recording playing instead of real music the artist is supposed to be playing. It was done a lot in the 50's 60 '70's even as recent as a few years ago.

  • gorgeous !

  • @lullaluana agree

  • so charminx :)

  • hottie patottie

  • Keep on rockin Peter!

  • GRANDE! GRANDE! PETER. ME COMPRÉ SU DOBLE LP "FRAMPTON COMES ALIVE" EN EL AÑO 1978 CUANDO YO TENÍA 16 AÑOS Y ME ENGANCHÓ. CREO QUE ES UNO DE LOS GRANDES DEL XX, AUNQUE QUIZÁS NO SE LE HAYA RECONOCIDO.

    FRAMPTO FOREVER.

  • ME VUELVE LOCA, SIN MAS COMENTARIOS!!!!

  • SIN COMENTARIOS ,,,BUENISSIMO!!!!

  • Day on the Green- Oakland, Ca.

  • @tbone95334 Oh my freakin God, I was there!! I was a die-hard Frampton fan in the front at the fence. Had the time of my life! Thanks for verifying the concert.

  • ich sterbe für dieses lied...... ich lebe für dieses lied......ein traum......

  • @sedlacp ......ICH AUCH....

  • luke skywalker with long hair. 1977 was the year of star wars as well!

  • Critics said he was too good looking for his talent to be taken seriously when he was young. God grant me that talent; and Hell, those looks too.

  • @sammcgraner1 you're right, we did'n't take him too seriously then. we always resented it that girls went crazy over him.when robin trower was asked what he thought of frampton's guitar playing, he said "oh he's a nice guy" (heh heh!)

  • @totoaklan Yeah, I know, found Trower laughable at best, may I offer best living guitar God is named Alex, yes he's a very nice guy as well? But then again we speak of the trilogy, do we not?

  • @superunt43 who's alex? haven't heard him yet, and who do you consider are the trilogy? please enlighten me.

  • @totoaklan Rush, I stand dumb-founded you would ask?

  • OMG, Time flies, I was in 6th grade!!

  • i love the strumming, i miss my hubby, he's good in singing and strumming the guitar on this song!!!

  • @oirasorvpd022360 I am hoping the separation is temporary?! Regardless, I think I can empathize. I remember, like it was yesterday, falling in love for the first time… to someone I will never forget… while this song was playing back in the days I was young. I will forever miss her.

  • Gigbet

wow it must be for her, I would love to have a song like that he is still so sexy and goodlooking as ever cheers too you :-)

  • @jane78ist Peter and Mary were splitting up and he met his gorgeous girlfriend Penny McCall in 1972 (shown at 4:14). I think this was written for her, because that same LP also has the instrumental "Penny for your Thoughts!"

  • The world music is wonderful, I admire many singers, but this special song has been one of my favorites through many years...since I was a child. Peter Frampton is one of the most highest expressions of the rock ever !!!

  • He is so incredibly sexy when he sings this song. He looks gorgeous and has such charisma in this video!

I am going to see him at the Hammersmith Apollo this Sunday, he won't be as cute now, but he still rocks!

  • yes he is so hot and hey with age he is still smooth and sweet , it is such a song,. ok does anyone know who he was singing about? both i and lindmasonmusk want to know so the best minds need to look it up please, oh please

  • @jane78ist

he wrote this song---he was married to Mary Lovett at the time, so I would guess he wrote it about her, but I do not know for certain

you might try a fansite message board or forum---they might know some information or trivia regarding the song

    Good luck and cheers! :)

  • @jane78ist , Ima thinkin he was singing this to every HOT woman out there!

  • yes he is so hot and hey with age he is still smooth and sweet , it is such a song

  • He's perfect !!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

  • i love this song when it was not good for blacks to like this type of songs i did not care hell i love him and always will so sexy and hot , who was he singing about anyone know?????????????//

  • @jane78ist I want to know also !!! Did he write the song or what do you know?? He makes me cry ! He is too good to be real isn't he? I saw him at Sunfest a few years ago .. he has the same smile ... I'm sure the girls at that time were all Hipnotized like I feel when I watch this video !!

  • @jane78ist No it's not about Mary Lovett, he was actually separated from her at this time. He wrote this sublime song about his (very, VERY LUCKY!) girlfriend at the time, Penny McCall (you can see her waving at around 4:13, blonde hair). And I'll say no more about it apart from WAAAAAAAAAH, I WANNA BE HER!!!!!! *sniff* Luckiest woman in the whole world in the 70's ;)

  • QUE LE SALEN GALLITOS UYYYY BABY UYYYYY
