Stephanie is the only on this show that has common sense. For Steffy being so logical and reasoning, right here, I think otherwise. Rick never loved her, he only used to get back at ridge because he blamed him for Phoebe's death. I loved Steffy's reaction when she finally learns, he just used her. I shed no tears for Steffy. GO STEPHANIE!!!
I think she took him back after that, didn't she? They got back together for a while after she found out what he said on the recording.
I think he probably did love Steffy, in his own way. He just let his hatred for her dad get in the way of it, like he told Brooke. He loved Steffy, but he hated Ridge more. I thought it was a real shame cos Rick and Steffy are one of the hottest pairings I've seen in a soap, and I'm from the UK.
