Seems to me that Jack was trying to talk about issues that actually matter to the majority of Canadians. People who care about decriminalization, the NDP policy hasn't change it remains committed to it. But the NDP is not the Marijuana Party. It is not a one issue policy and indeed the decriminalization of pot is nowhere near the top of the list AND IT SHOULND'T BE. There is a looming economic meltdown, climate change, health care. Those are the most important issues for most Canadians.
