But seriously, why put google ads (which I'm sure aren't generating much revenue) on your site when all they will do is distract people from the properties, which is what you want people to see.

Hello thank you for your interest in the condo. The Nirun is 4500Baht for 6 month plus rental plus water, electricity and maintenance of 350Baht a month.

This condo is free from January 2012

@TheNorse51 That's up to you. It all depends on how much you use the air con. But as a rough idea. My electricity bill in my house is between 1200 and 1800Baht.I use my aircon mainly in the night. Water. Allow 300Baht a month and you'll about right. How long are you thinking about staying? Please contact me by email and I'll send you some new pictures of this room. Thanks for your interest.

@TheNorse51 Yes the condo is furnished with sheets. But this apartment is rented out until December. We have another room which is free.

The cost of this room is 5000Baht a month. Please note. The cost does not include water and electricity. there is also a 350 laundry charge at the end of your stay. I hope this helps. Please contact me my email if you want more information. Thank you.
