How this can be EVEN compared to WOW is beyond my understanding. I don't even play WOW but I acnowledge it as being the best MMORPG of our age (I was at Ragnarok during my MMO phase).

Just by seeing this movie alone you can notice that the graphics are poor, the 3D animations are lame, and the mechanics just such (see how charaters seems to dash in the space like it's a huge lagged game).

How would you even know if it sucked compared to WoW, as you stated that you don't play WoW and that you have never played Planeshift? You obviously have no idea what your talking about. With your comments the animations, mechanics and graphics are still being implemented as a game in progress. And I think the laggy look might be what the editor used to pull the footage I don't know. Anyway, Planeshift Forever!!

The main difference from WoW (or other online rpgs) is actually more "expressed" role-playing. It's not like the feature makes it much more entertaining then, lets say, wow. but it sure has something that other games don't.

Yeah. Maybe the game doesn't look so good as many oter MMORPGs, lots of work have to be done to PS become a playable game. But some features are quite interesting as long as some are not. It may become a good mmoRPG, cuz WoW or Lineage have nothing to do with Role-Playing (except inexact genre's name).

OK, people, listen up. Most of the fun you will have in this game is based on human interaction. This game is heavily focused on roleplaying. If you don't like that, you can say that you don't like how the game looks (gameplay-wise). You can say that the graphics suck and all that but I hope that you realize that this game is not about graphics. It's about the people.
