No. It's not. It's actually a fairly sloppy job and uncharacteristically, Ed was fumbling through the guitar parts a lot as though it was a last minute idea. I'm a huge Vedder fan so don't get me wrong but no one on this planet or any other will ever do this song as well as it's creator JT. If you asked him I bet Ed would say exactly the same.
