my heart rate is at 165 when I walk at 4.2mph and I walk for an hour at that pace every other day. is there a safe maximum limit where I should stop increasing my heart rate or should I be aiming for a high score?
@adilshit actually, it's not wierd at all. You see, when you stop or slow down, your heart rate immediately begins to go down as well, and then if you start to run again, or even try to do a simple physical task, fatigue sets in. It's better to continue running at a constant rate then to stop every few minutes in most cases. :)

@krizonras17 No it isn't. Six is good, and most americans (above 85%) probably can't do an 8 minute. They are to low trained and have terrible stamina.
