I beg to differ, watch her slowly and carefully. She is in high heels, and is using her center of balance very well. I tis the next few moves, where she is in close, that does not use the full momentum of her body...a difficult thing to do in close quarters in any event. Those were low velocity in fighting moves meant to give her *space*...so she could then use her interia, and mass.

I could watch her kick butt for a couple hours at least :) There is a lack of momentum to the moves, that is, they where not throwing their body weight in to it (which is required in part to make a technique work) but then, it was only a Demonstration.
