@mallow399 You must be blind because the whole point of that play was to throw off Tim Thomas and Zdeno Chara, who was backchecking him the whole time. Burrows outplayed both of them at once. Learn to recognize a stellar play when you see one.

I realize that practically everyone watching this is a Canucks fan. I do not think a Bruin fan could watch this without throwing up, quite frankly. Personally, I could care less who wins. That being said - Thomas took himself completely out of the play . Even if Burrows didn't stuff it himself, he likely could have passed it out in front with Thomas barely getting back into position. He should never have scored. Me thinks the Bruins don't have a chance. 4-0 Canucks

Look @ 2:34 how delayed the TV feed is from the real thing. The management group is cheering for the goal before Burrows even makes the initial shot attempt on screen. I know there's a delay, but still, it's funny to see.

aw man i had to watch the nbc telecast tonight - it was so bad - but also funny - lol after the first goal by burrows mike milbury was so hissy and upset, he mentioned about 6 times that the goal shouldnt count because burrows shouldnt be playing lol because of the mysteriously undetectable, alleged bite last game.
(btw americans, check the hockey rulebook, a bite is a 2 minute minor. which was given. for a mysterious bite.)
so after the gamewinner by burrows, i think milbury ended it all

Thing that really struck me about this goal was how quick Thomas got off the ice...he was REALLY pissed about that one...probably mostly at Charra. I think Burrows knew exactly what he was doing there...he was looking to fake out the goalie going in.
