Only difference is that in Europe, most people don't carry guns. In the US, many people do. Heck, you can get access to military grade weaponry just by being on a tv show. What makes people think other wise, are the videos of the police brutality seen in such events as the G8 summit in the US,(international conferences) , the police and ex-military police, are briefed that the protesters are to be treated as anti-government, and excessive force is justified.
The american government is assassinating it's own innocent citizens, little three year old girls are being harassed at airports, the government cant stop expanding and your right to self-defense is being limited. Guess what, the reality is worse than this ad.

I'm glad to read veterans saying that they would never do this. But, what exactly happened in New Orleans? Saying that you will stand up and disobey illegal orders and actually doing it, risking arrest as well as the scorn of your peers, are two different things.

The government in canada already faked a black block terrorist attack during the g20 protests..
illegally searched, rounded up, beat down and arrested 1000 non-violent protesters..
put them in cages, threatened the women journalists and protesters with rape and gang banging (so that they'd never want to put their noses into any of this business again)
people were beat down in the streets and cops told business owners that they were scum if they tried to help the wounded

Cmon guys, i fight for my country, but when it comes to the civilians i protect, i will not attack my own people. the u.s. military has to many of the nations poor enlisted within. we poor people, tie ourselves to our family bonds. we will destroy our own leaders before we hurt our own families. so uhh, get real. and if the u.s. gov. is seriously considering this bullsh%t. they had better think again. i would use all of my/their training against them when it comes to my beloved family.

Damn good commercial, but it must be pretty tame to be allowed on the TV, are there any more commercials - I have seen 2 so far, the train situ & this one.. Live in Australia, so much of this hasnt reached us yet.......but it will.. I think I live too near the coast as well
