Actually, the PRISON SENTENCE is their punishment. That states they'll serve time behind bars, not that they have to work without pay at the same time. Nothing in the Constitution, Bill of Rights or the judicial system says WORKING is their punishment. If working WAS their punishment, why are they also in prison?
