That is clearly a laser pointer. I wasn't sure what I was seeing until you watch the dot move from the right hand corner of the screen to the left. It moves from the far wall beyond the thresh hold of the door and onto the cardboard box that is only a few feet in front of the camera. clearly a laser.

I noticed this: The orb was always in front of something, it never went behind something and returned. Also, orbs tend to disappear after a very short period of time. I've never seem an orb stay visible that long...stop bullshitting :D

i would say its a orb but i have recordings of orbs and thay go so fast and the 1 u recorded is going very slow

My friend rented space in this building. I was his alarm company. We moved an alarm system from his first place over to this building. Never had problems with it untill we installed it in the old Miton school building... False alarms for no reason... even the fire alarm we had would always go off.... We had to replace a few cameras because of voltage spikes...no one could ever explain it.. He just moved again, I removed the alarm system, installed it in new location... No problems...Strange...

by the looks of the reflections from the other room its a laser off one of your tools ... its not free floating if you look close

Nobody was in the school at the time of the footage. All doors were locked, and alarm was set. We tested a laser pointer, and could not create anything close to what was captured. Also a person with a laser would have to be standing in the shot to create light where it is seen in the video. I wish the quality here was near a good as the quality direct off the DVR, but it does not.

I would say that it's dust and bugs. Orbs ( if real) don't just float around, they have body , direction and don't drift , or flutter. That's the only draw back to really good night vision camera's, they pick up every little thing which makes for a long and boring time watching the playback.

It moves like an insect would. Dust tends to 'drift" and IME real orbs are brighter and move quickly and with purpose

Question - was this shot by an infrared night vision camera, or what/where was the light source?

And just for my own curiosity - what part of the building was this? I've been there several times when it was a karate studio, never seen that area before.

Yes it was with a infared camera system that we have. We have used them many time prior, and since, but never seen one like this. We have investigated at the school over 15 times, and had a camera in the same area 6 times. The camera was set up in the boys shower room under the gym. Anything happen while you were there, or hear any stories?
