@XxToXiiKxToNiiKxX In close range, the SCAR requires 3 bullets to kill (2 with stopping power) and 3 -4 bullets at range, just like all other assault rifles except for ACR, M4 and the F2000, and whilst the UMP has the most damage at range, it also has alot of recoil and less firerate than other SMGs, there is nothing overpowered in niether one of the weapons, in fact, all weapons are equally balanced, as the "stats" are divided almost exactly equally among them.
