I have a baby corn an he only eats frozzen pinky mice I was wanting to try an feed him live but after watching this I don't think so I wanted to cry /:

for the future NEVER put real bait for the snake...it increases the chance of you being bit and not only that but if the rat/mouse bites the snake it could mean death...never do this when u move your food up to the next size

A mouse that size will not mess up your corn by biting it. It will mess your snake up because your snake will regurgitate it because the stomach can't digest it fast enough. Go smaller for a while.
Also, it shouldn't be necessary to cut the pinky for it to swallow well. Just be sure not to handle the snake for about 2 days (48 hours) and make sure it has a warm basking spot. This will help make it avoid regurgitation
yes any snake can die if a mouse fights back hard enough. I have always fed my corn froze thawed....... and I have always fed my Ball Python live just to me if its not a "constrictor" I give it froze.....but thats just me.
Although the snake will likely not get hurt by the mice, it's always a good precaution to feed prekilled to avoid injury and infection. With pinkies however, it's not an issue.

as a fellow snake owner...some tips are
1. go with smaller pinkies for a while
2. dont disturb the snake while it's feeding.
it will either try and bite you, or possibly stop eating and leave the mouse.
3. beautiful snake.

people should buy frozen food,I know you say : aaah in the nature bla bla bla,But gosh there is way less specimens that survive in nature,and I say that because the prey can attack the snake,and in nature the snake has all the room it wants to escape, but in a tank he is restricted,and even there,frozen food is less expenssive.Think about it!..and for haters dont start sending all kinds of stupid messages to me cuse i know what im saying and it is a tip im not forcing no body

Yeh i know it's how in nature things work, Actually for those who say that that baby ret or whatever it was was too big. NO. I know it without having reptiles. Check out AUSTRALIAN PYTHON EATING KANGAROO or Egg eating snake what will you say then. BUt seriously This was a one of the cruelest vids ever. Even chimps killing monkeys and ripping them appart look as cruel as this. Sad.

first off to come to guille990123's aid have any ov u thought that the snake might be a problem feeder hatchling corns can be very esaly stressed and that snake is obveusly a hatchling i used to own corn snakes and one of mine was a problem feeder i went 3 weeks trying frozem ans wasted 3 as a resalt i tryed a live and she ate like a dream some snakes need the pray triger and the smell of a live feed as frozen tast and smell diffrent but yes even if that mouse was frozen it was 2 big
