Check this out You won't believe the actions of animal control. I was breeding a high $ legal dog. Local competitors using their friends in other states tried to scare me out of business to keep supply low & demand high. One woman several states away emails animal control that I have a litter on my property. Reports I obtained later show that they staked out my house for weeks, asked a neighbor behind me to use their window to take photos of my dogs. My neighbors were NOT complainants.
Report reads, observed persons loading someting in the back of a truck, followed truck over to Petco, followed persons into Petco, observed individuals making pet tags, followed truck over to the gas station, observed them filling up with gas. Used lic plate # to get cell phone #. Called individuals # to ask what they were doing at xxx xxxxx's house. Asked how many dogs xxx xxxxx had, asked how many litters xxx xxxxxx had...
The animal control officer rang my door bell then stood off to the side like I was going to come out shooting but I didn't. He gave me tickets & a mandatory court date. I was EXTREMELY careful of what I said to him. It was only in the privacy of my own house & in a private email did I mention he was like the mafia. Pay up or we put you out of business, then I became slightly paranoid & mentioned that they might send a helicopter over the house.
In court, unlike the other cases there the judge said, "this will take me a few minutes to read over". he asked questions if I had complied, I told him what he wanted to hear, he read some more then he said, "and we are not the mafia" ! ! ! ! WHAT ??? I said that in the privacy of my own home & in email to my brother damn it. Then when the officer returned to tell me he was checking up on me said, "Oh and don't worry, we won't send any helicopters over your house" I was floored.
It turns out that later a 9News chopper equipped with cameras spent a lot of time hovering around my house & back yard, then I spent a lot of time video recording them back. The harassment took many forms, Then I launched my own mafia style attack against my initial attacker with a smear campaign, then I began climbing the official ladder talking to a lot of people in a lot of departmental places insisting they stop harassing me. Then it all stopped. But I might be on The List
My personal experience proved to me that animal control uses technology available to them such as tapping into emails or listening devices. Some find that unbelievable but why wouldn't they to make their job easier. They used the police dept to track a lic plate # to a cell pone, I know they got 9News to cooperate with them, Why wouldn't the different agencies work together & assist. The head of building code dept said she used to work for animal control.
When animal control began using code enforcement to harass me I used The Freedom of Information Act to pull up reports of who generated the building complaint. It said it was anonymous yet a copy was sent over to animal control. These stupid people left a paper trail & didn't even know it, that's how I found out who was attacking me from the other state. Even though it's an anonymous report they still record all other details such as email or anything you tell the reporting officer.
Once I made my rounds with the 3 different building & code departments who do use satellite to see my backyard I gathered so much info I reported back to the original code officer explaining just how strict the codes really are. so strict hat even a dog run is unlawful according to city code. Additional fences within a fenced yard are illegal & a dog run is classified as a fence so I told the code enforcement officers that we should look into their own back yards, the one rookie was dumbfounded
I continued to point out that we should drag animal control into this because of overlapping laws, if someone owns a pit bull (I do not) then the law requires they be in a fully enclosed dog run but oops, dog runs are illegal to have in the entire city.I threw so much at them they all backed off. and this point I make, what is a country when so many freedoms are suppressed when a legal system never stops adding laws? Freedom to Fascism, it's why I call them commies & mafia.Old America is dead
But let's not all forget, the laws in America are for the betterment of the people. Hmm where have I heard that before? but let's truthfully ask ourselves, sure smokers get a bum rap but for a non smoker I love the new law, I can go to a club without smelling like a nasty ash tray. When my father would beat me the police couldn't do anything, now they can. Drunk drivers removed from the roads make it safer for all of us? So is a commie lifestyle better, safer, more stable?
Live alone. Don't speak with yourself. Do not say 'hello' if you think anybody's there. Don't open your door. Do not have plates on your tinted window car which you removed all lables off of. Put camoflague sheets on top of your facility, spraypaint all of the windows black on both sides, and then, again, never leave the living quarters.
@sdrawkcabgnipytmi Crack down on WoW? Why would they crack down on a tool they use to make better profiles. Real ID, heard that term before? Your "friends" aren't the only ones who can identify your associates.
@sdrawkcabgnipytmi Not too scary, unless one of your "friends" has a mind of their own or holds some view that the FBI, and friends, dose not approve of.
Why don't these chuckleheads in Washington just get it over with and throw the Constitution in a paper shredder and then burn it and piss out the fire.
Cenk say that you stay on this list for five years which is misleading. Once you are put on any list like this, or anything goes on your criminal record, it is never really taken off. You might have it sealed or expunged or whatever but they never take anything off; all they really do is put a note that it is supposed to be considered expunged or whatever. It's ridiculous; it's like when a judge tells the jury to disregard what they just heard. You can't just pretend you didn't hear or see it.
@dontOVERREACT The point is what they are doing now is not really more secure, its not about that. Inspecting someone upon suspicion is actually constitutional unlike what they are doing. If you really think that there are no other alternate agendas with all this other stuff than you are just blind, there is an agenda and its more than just so called security, its about training the American people to be complacent. So yeah don't overreact to everything the government tells you...
I have no problem with investigations that lead nowhere. I do have a problem if an investigation is started against somebody for something completely unrelated to foreign or domestic terrorism, like being a tourist.
You Should Stick To a Position on Wether You Want The Government's involvement Or Not and Be Consistent
Not Encourage The Executive Branch To Take up New Powers and The Government To Be involved in How Much Tobacco is Produced or How Internet Companies Run Their Property Then Complain How The FBI is Using it's Power For Bad and How it's a Bad Type of Government Action
@TheHistorianX Theres a difference between an individual and an entities that have influence and some degree of power over people i.e product safety, consumer protection, enviromental standards etc etc.
i Love How Mr. Uygur is Appalled By The Misbehavior of a Government Organization(FBI), But Then Goes on To Encourage The Government's Involvement in How Businesses Run Their Property and Expects Them To Do It Without Corruption Nor incompetence(FCC,FDA)
And the worst thing is....you Americans will destroy your own country by yourselves. It's so sad because there is so much potential in America. All squandered and wasted.
Reminds me of the Soviet Union, when in one home the father didn't trust his son, brother didn't trust his brother and no one ever knew if there house was tapped by the KGB. Good luck y'all...!! In the words of the great Bob Dylan, "The times they are a changing"...!!
while America is the world's super power militarily there other super brains out there in the world who will make it the super dumb dictator ever existed
It's not that big a deal. If the Government wants to waste an absurd amount of money on something that's going to work 1 in every 100,000 times, big whoop. Not something Liberals generally care about, why now?
Might well be. By the way, Cenk mentioned East Germany: Some people say that the dictatorship of East Germany collapsed because their secret police could simply no more process the masses of useless data they kept stockpiling. If America´s intelligence services are all busy updating their files on them "suspicious daddies" taking pictures of the ferry their families are gonna take, they surely won´t have the resources for catching terrorists any more.
@DejectedDegenerate lol Youv'e had one for years. Since before 9/11. Only since 9/11 have they been grading you though. Something they always wanted to do but knew we wouldn't stand for. Nobody had to take our liberty, we got scared and gave it to them.
@dontOVERREACT I don't think your stupid. I just don't want to live in a world where all of our freedoms are taken away in the name of security. I think that there is a certain point we should draw the line in the sand and say no more bs security. Commonsense tells you that if they cant get control of the plane then they cant control the plane. An upgrade in the door makes sense. Dogs that can smell for explosives make sense. metal detectors make sense. Taking naked pics of children don't.
@dontOVERREACT Lmao! Your funny. Not really. Im more scared of people like you than i am of any "terrorist". Bad things happen everyday. You cant live your life being paranoid. well you can but don't try and get me involved in your delusions. The truth is no matter what "they" do to make you feel secure your not going to be. If someone is determined to do something EVIL It's going to happen. and there isn't sh^t you can do about it.
I hope they choke on those numbers. It's hard to keep track of 10,000. Try 1 million and growing. We need to vote into law the right to see all the names on that list after x amount of time has passed where the person(s) were not proven guilty. Further by law penalize any organization that hordes and does not dispose of said documents when nothing has been proven within a month.
@dontOVERREACT LMAO You're killing me It's highly unlikely that either one of them would be a fing terrorist. If something suspicious is going on in the cockpit guess what your not going to know. They are going to close that little paper shit door slash the co pilots throat when he is looking the other way. And that it. A secure door is the answer to terrorism. The answer to a secure airplane is medal detectors and highly trained dogs. Anything else is BS.
@lmp4eva Well said, seriously, its bullshit that 9/11 keeps getting thrown into the airport security debate when we have already solved it with simply locking and armoring the cockpit door, and arming the pilots, simple. That automatically nullifies and new 9/11 arguments for this newer so-called airport security. Done. Zip.
@dontOVERREACT Since the 9/11 terrorists were apparently trained pilots themselves, it isn't that easy to actually become an employed pilot of a jetliner. It just means they can fly some types of aircraft. Besides, even if it turns out that your pilot is a terrorist there is nothing you can do.
@Starry2000 I realize that. I think you may have missed the point that I was trying to make. What I was saying was that just because a governmental or corporate organization has been put into place with the goal of protection, there are still people who work within any of them who may have access to that information and may use it for their own personal gain. The more people who have access, the greater the chance that kind of person will come across the info. More groups, more people, ect.
@EsHammer1001 No, I understood what you were saying. Trust me I do. My point was that there are already data harvest sites out there offering information to the average person. People who have been placing real information into web forums, or using facebook, are probably already fucked in more ways then they thought possible.
@Starry2000 Thanks for expanding on your comment, I now see that you were adding to what I was saying. Before it just seemed like some random tangent. It sucks for anyone who gets their identity stolen, whether it is because they did not take the necessary precautions by using false information to protect themselves, or when their real info is passed around from group to group for any reason with or without their knowledge.
I wouldn't expect them to prosecute many of the suspects, even if they are legitimate. It seems to me that the idea here is to find the terrorists and - here's the catch - find out what the organizations or groups plans are and how they work. You would only arrest them if they weren't useful for information or were about to do real harm.
There is also the aspect of identity theft that comes into play here. The greater the number of organizations that have access to your private information, the greater the chance that someone could take your information for their own purposes and remain anonymity while doing it. You end up causing the very burden you are trying to alleviate when you let paranoia take control of your lives.
The FBI has been doing this since the 1950s under Hoover chasing down suspected communists. In the '70s they had an open file on John Lennon. This isn't anything new. Just government paranoia and too much money and time on their hands.
So they spend 30 Fucking BILLION dollars on this and yet they can't pass a bill that will keep little girls safer???? What kind of messed up world do we live in?
No wonder the terrorists keep doing what they're doing. If they're trying to eliminate their enemies, they're fighting a stupid, unending battle. If they're trying to scare us into collapsing our society in on itself, they're doing a perfect job.
I once heard the question asked, "If there were two lines to get on an airplane, one where they screened everyone and one where they screened no one, which do you go through?" I'm not scared of these assholes. I'm gettin through this line tout suite.
@dEdGrimley Well duh, it's called TERRORISM. Not Eliminatism. They're not trying to kill us all. They're instilling terror. And it's the ignorant Americans who are fueled by propaganda and watch Comedy Central for their news on current events that are the problem.
@Hypurman1 And the people watching Comedy Central who are laughing about current events that are scared? It's the Liberals who are fueling the war, right? It's the Liberals giving up freedoms and not getting on with their lives?
@siwooot WHAT?!?!?!? Christians are trying to get their religious beliefs passed into U.S. law? NAME ONE TIME that has ever happened? It is OK, I will wait. Know why? IT IS not happening, has not happened, nor will ever happen. The laws that are passed, just HAPPEN to coincidentally fall in line with some Christian laws.
Yeah, I know, terrible bit of sarcasm. However, yes, I absolutely agree with you. They cannot get their heads around the fact that there is freedom or religious choice.
@siwooot Forget about the constitution, personal freedoms, sexual preferences, religious beliefs or lack thereof, there are many Christians who are excellent people, who live their life how they believe and are immensely devoted to their religion, yet they realize that everyone should have the right or option to live their life how they choose. Unfortunately there are a very small percentage of not only Christians, but many religious quacks, that cannot help but force their beliefs on everyone.
@siwooot But the bible is right, and the KORAAAAAAAAN is clearly wrong. Jeez, you communist, socialist, maoist, marxist, left-wing, liberal, elitist, nazi, progressive america-hating monster.
@milincoln How much do you expect him to change? These programs are NECESSARY, and he actually HAS changed them. It's been a year since our last terrorist attack and you've ALREADY forgotten? How the hell do you think we caught him, posters and fliers stapled to trees? Do your homework before you try spreading ignorant propaganda.
@Hypurman1 How about a change in the ecomomy? Unemployment continues to rise, people on food stamps has risen to 14% of the country. The key word there is RISE. He hasnt fixed anything. And dont gimme ne crap about it taking time he's had 2 years now. He promised Change. Where is it? I guess he meant change for the worse. Obama = Fail as president.
@milincoln Again, ignorant propaganda. We sell our raw metal to Japan, they turn it cars and sell it back at an exponential price. We're no longer the primary producer of ANYTHING except corn. This country needs industry, but we're too lazy. Obama is a suit and tie in office - he doesn't create jobs, he doesn't create industry, he signs bills. His signature won't do much if the people won't try. And two years isn't anything. It takes 4-6 to see the effects of the direct leader. DO HOMEWORK!
I don't get it how americans still say... america is all about freedome? If you need such dumb signal words, I can assure you... american enterprise has it's freedome, but PEOPLE are free in canada and most parts of europe
Lol at all of these people thinking Canada is better... Fucking think people were all being fucked by the same group. But keep thinking your so much better then everyone else instead of realizing we as a world are being fucked.
The left always said we were crazy for thinking Obama was violating our constitutional rights, and now we know and have proved them wrong. This is why it is so important to elect Republican and Tea Party canidates who know the constitution is about freedom liberty and justice, and not tyranny, socialism, and Islam.
@tehant1liberal This isn't Obama you dumb fuck. These programs have been in place because of the Bush era, because of your dumb Republican. Do your homework before you try spewing propaganda.
I think im ok with the government looking at people who research terror groups thats how most terrorist in America get involved with terrorist overseas; through the internet!!
and on the Canada shit does Canada have terrorist looking to kill them? I dont think so so thats why Canada isnt doing this!!
So basically a grouchy or an asshole neighbor can put his whole block or subdivision on the terrorist watch list by making bs claims. People will love taking advantage of this.
oh please credit card companies do the same thing!! who cares if someone is looking at what you are doing on the internet its the internet its not meant to be private
retail companies research what you look up they research your faceboook accounts!!! get over your selves
Sometimes I tell them they arent getting paid enuf, go get a smoke or take a piss, and surprisingly thats worked a few times and I could post again for the day.!

@ DejectedDegenerate:

Anything else is BS.
lmp4eva 1 year ago

One World Government and Martial Law is Coming...Be Prepared. We've handed over our liberties one by one
tommypickles09 1 year ago
@Starry2000 I realize that. I think you may have missed the point that I was trying to make. What I was saying was that just because a governmental or corporate organization has been put into place with the goal of protection, there are still people who work within any of them who may have access to that information and may use it for their own personal gain. The more people who have access, the greater the chance that kind of person will come across the info. More groups, more people, ect.
EsHammer1001 1 year ago
@EsHammer1001 No, I understood what you were saying. Trust me I do. My point was that there are already data harvest sites out there offering information to the average person. People who have been placing real information into web forums, or using facebook, are probably already fucked in more ways then they thought possible.
Starry2000 1 year ago
@Starry2000 Thanks for expanding on your comment, I now see that you were adding to what I was saying. Before it just seemed like some random tangent. It sucks for anyone who gets their identity stolen, whether it is because they did not take the necessary precautions by using false information to protect themselves, or when their real info is passed around from group to group for any reason with or without their knowledge.
EsHammer1001 1 year ago

Hey FBI... If you are watching me right now... FUCK YOU!!!
tcdowning666 1 year ago
I wouldn't expect them to prosecute many of the suspects, even if they are legitimate. It seems to me that the idea here is to find the terrorists and - here's the catch - find out what the organizations or groups plans are and how they work. You would only arrest them if they weren't useful for information or were about to do real harm.
Starry2000 1 year ago
There is also the aspect of identity theft that comes into play here. The greater the number of organizations that have access to your private information, the greater the chance that someone could take your information for their own purposes and remain anonymity while doing it. You end up causing the very burden you are trying to alleviate when you let paranoia take control of your lives.
EsHammer1001 1 year ago
@EsHammer1001 There are already websites that harvest information about you using your aliases and stuff like that.

I'm gettin through this line tout suite.
dEdGrimley 1 year ago
@dEdGrimley Well duh, it's called TERRORISM. Not Eliminatism. They're not trying to kill us all. They're instilling terror. And it's the ignorant Americans who are fueled by propaganda and watch Comedy Central for their news on current events that are the problem.
Hypurman1 1 year ago
@Hypurman1 And the people watching Comedy Central who are laughing about current events that are scared? It's the Liberals who are fueling the war, right? It's the Liberals giving up freedoms and not getting on with their lives?

siwooot 1 year ago 31
@siwooot WHAT?!?!?!? Christians are trying to get their religious beliefs passed into U.S. law? NAME ONE TIME that has ever happened? It is OK, I will wait. Know why? IT IS not happening, has not happened, nor will ever happen. The laws that are passed, just HAPPEN to coincidentally fall in line with some Christian laws.
Yeah, I know, terrible bit of sarcasm. However, yes, I absolutely agree with you. They cannot get their heads around the fact that there is freedom or religious choice.
freelandwhippet 1 year ago
@siwooot Forget about the constitution, personal freedoms, sexual preferences, religious beliefs or lack thereof, there are many Christians who are excellent people, who live their life how they believe and are immensely devoted to their religion, yet they realize that everyone should have the right or option to live their life how they choose. Unfortunately there are a very small percentage of not only Christians, but many religious quacks, that cannot help but force their beliefs on everyone.
