I used Google Earth (believe or not but it's very powerful tool). I watched the video very verrrrry carefully a few times to recognise some characteristic points on the map/satellite photo. Then I determined where he started and stopped to run (distance) and calculated the speed. It wasn't that hard to do. Of course it's approximation only but in my opinion it should be quite accurate. And I'm definitely not a math nerd. Not at all. I was just curious;)

It's been already written in other comments. He ran along the beach in Brighton (south coast of GB). That's how I have found the place. If you use google earth, google maps or any staff like that and type coordinates (from my previous comment), you will see the exact place.

I'm Polish and I've never been to UK, but I'm a fan of "googling". Really;) You could have googled it. Anyway, thanks for comment. I had a bad day and I enjoyed reading it a lot:)
