There are online stores that steadily sell these things at $50 price unchanged overtime even though they will most likely be out of stock. There's an online store right now that has some in stock going for $50 and whoever wants one better get them now before they're out of stock again.

sadly ya theyve been discontinued but there making the new excelsior and enterprise b set to come out in 2011 or 2014

I bought and have received my Enterprise D. No problems at all. I would suggest using one of the two stands on your Enterprise with the "screw clamp". The fix you made works, but it is a bit unsightly. I will not display my D as two separate ships. I just consider it as having an extra stand. Also, if you wanted the Diamond Select D to have a much more stable stand. Simply remove the back peg from a Playmates stand. It makes for a VERY stable stand for the front heavy D and is acceptable.

this is a crazy idea but they should make the name and number customizable when you order, cuz I wish the models didn't always have to be enterprise, they could be like dauntless and stuff.

cajun i have an idea when you read this i want u to put the enterprise-d in the middle of the display area and put the three 1701's on in an area posession like in the enterprise incedent in the tos were there were the romulan ships getting ready to fire on kirk's enterprise oh that will make me happy lol

also i was intrequed to the fact that the stands were two in one here is another my mind right now is shifting on both ships but it's leading to the enterprise-d refit so if i can get my friend to help me i'll make a review of the ship and show my other enterprise's just to let u know we have the same ship but right now i got to plan and ponder
