Hey that was good. You can nail those chords quickest if you practice the changes for at least 20 minutes, twice a day. Pick 2 changes then the next 2. So practice A minor to E minor for a while. Then do the G to D a while. Then put them all together. Don't sing with it for the first few minutes. When you feel the changes have improved, sing over it. I also suggest to get yourself a metronome and use it for these sessions - start slow and speed it up as you progress. You can get a virtual one.

Thank you for this, your voice is angelic, you allow the song to be heard in your warm way. I have played in bands for 25 years as a drummer from jazz to punk . I love this song, Its simplicity is beautiful the lyrics are so warm. I have now joined the ranks of the middle aged, cant be bothered to drag the equipment around anymore types and bought an acoustic guitar! These four chords I may master but to sing it with the warmth you do that is my goal!

Actually very excellent voice and style. You should think of remaking this cover when you get better with the guitar. You could even try recording the guitar and vocals separately. You also might want to find a guitar player you like and do a colab. If you do make sure you do it in your style and pace.. Your voice has a touch of melancholy reminiscent of cowboy junkies. thanks

Excellent song. The simplicity of your playing lended itself quite well to the song. Sometimes less is more.

I also for lack of a better expression, was touched by the last few seconds of the song.

Your eyes showed sometime more happening within yourself. Great performers channel those emotions into their performances. You have done that repeatedly in your vids.

Not one of your best, but nothing's better than this... playing the guitar (piano), trying to "get there"... not so sure about candies :)

The voice is amazing as usual, but to me it looks like you're concentrating too much on the cords, you don't have an automatism yet... or a guitar pick :), isn't it easier/recommended to use one of those?

Anyway, don't find yourself defeated, just find time to practice, practice, practice, the guitar... and your Scottish accent :D
