the easiest way to kill him.. use L. Hawk magnum and shot the motherfucker!!! if you fully upgraded it, it has 3000 damage... shot him 4-5x and he will die. If you want another, unlock the third "secret" magnum S&W 500 upgrade it fully. full upgrade 5000 firepower. 2 or 3 shots and he will die... I think that's not so badass if you kill him with just a rocket launcher, or grenade l. or grenades... magnum rules!

the easiest way is to play all the way to the mine area because you get the flash grenades and then you go back to the executioner and then toss the flash grenade and tiger uppercut!!!!. continue this to build up a reasonable amount of flash grenades. they help. alot.
