  • Great Soundtrack.

The villain was psychotic but GREAT

Roger Moore seemed a bit old for 007 in 85'

Both leading female roles were not exactly the best of the Bond Series.

  • Its actually one of the best Bond films ive seen.

  • Just seen this one and i just love the song and the movie.

  • This film has a disclaimer at the beginning insisting that Christopher Walken's criminal enterprise is fictional...lest we think otherwise.

  • What a song... Some guys are amazing! :-)

  • My favorite Bond movie <3

  • living daylights was better :P

  • Desmond Llewelyn was the best actor in EVERY bond movie!!

  • I personally enjoyed Roger Moore's films the best. However, I believe Connery was the best bond. Brosnan was good too. Craig is the toughest bond. He's more of an action hero than a Moore, Connery or Brosnan.

  • @MrStuDubb Moore all the way !!! he did have the the fumiest lines thou - wonder who will be next ?

  • The best bonds are... Craig, Connery, Moore, Dalton, Brosnan, Lazenby.

  • Such an unexpected but equally awesome bond theme song!

  • best bond theme. probably the worst bond film. Irony.

  • @Ivi24ify yea follow the storylines, the novels. The novels are the reason Bond in in the movies. Dont you get it Bond is just starting off as 007 in the new series so of course hes not gonna be like all the other guys who played Bond. These new Bonds have a sense of humor who just dont get becuz its not as blant as all the other movies. Craig is a great Bond. All 4 Connery, Moore, Dalton and Brosnan have endorsed him. The new Bond isnt plain and boring his lethal the way Bond was suppose to be.

  • Now I remember why alot of movies nowadays have crappy titles.....the Bond fims took all the best titles loooooong ago and are still putting out decent ones....

  • the worst bond was george lazenby

the best is moore then craig then connery. dalton and brosnan were shit

  • @MrDontstareitsrude No, this is the right order - Pierce Brosnan, Roger Moore, Daniel Craig, Timothy Dalton, Sean Connery, George Lazenby.

  • @MrDontstareitsrude I think its this the best order:

    6. Daniel Craig

    5. George Lazenby

    4. Timothy Dalton

    3. Pirce Bronsan

    2. Sean Connery

    1. Roger Moore

  • @madcaplaugh79 correct!

  • It's just a YouTube video. Why are you running all of those credits at the end as if it's a major production?

  • Comment removed

  • My 2nd fav Bond movie after Goldeneye.

  • Roger Moore is and will always be my favorite Bond.

  • @Augalv 100% Agreed :>D

  • @mrazafama08 :)

  • @laurenzzz77 Dainel Craig is the real Bond. Hes got 2movies under his belt and a 3rd next year. Craig is awesome as Bond. I love him as Bond just as much as I do Connery, Moore, Dalton and Brosnan. You dont understand, Craig is the orginal Bond. The way he is in the movies is the way Bond acts in the novels from the 1950s. No gadgets, a cold harded bastard which if you think about it thats the same way Sean Connery and Timothy Dalton were as Bond. Daniel Craig is a great James Bond.

  • @PUNISHERWarzone87 No gadgets? Who cares about follow novels? Follow the storyline and change action scenes/moment to make it cooler/funnier and entertaining. Daniel Craig acts maybe good, but after all he just look plain and boring. In the modern James Bond movies there is no sense of humor, like with Connery and Moore(my favourite Bond), Dalton too did a great job. Many like Brosnan because of his action and dramatic thrillers, but Daniel Craig.. he miss a lot to be a great Bond. So stop..

  • @laurenzzz77 how is daniel craig fake? :/

  • AAHH THE BASS LINE

  • I love this song, I was never a fan of James Bond because it just seemed to me (as a kid ) all he did was fuck and drink and get out of screw balltrouble BUT VIEW TO A KILL....FUCKING LOVE IT! I love Grace Jones no matter what she's in and Christopher Walken is just a pleasure to watch. I do enjoy Daniel Craig as James Bond (sorry lol) as he captures the wreckless and dangerous sociopath persoanlity one would have to have in order to do what James Bond does.

  • @laurenzzz77 shut the fuck up

  • back then, the james bond songs where actually good. now they.....:)

  • @thekillingship SUCKS

  • Back in the days when piracy wasn't invented yet and people could download songs straight from websites, the time the internet was littered with mp3's, i believe it was 1995, this was het first ever song i downloaded.

  • i wish the 80's would come back!

  • lets be honest...i was a 007 and Duran fan back in the day...,,I noticed that without andy talor or warren cuccorilo Duran songs lack punch...something about the guiatrist.,.still duran duran massive fan

  • Bon.......Simon Le Bon. Classic

  • The best bond song ever besides Diamonds are Forever.

  • You know, If roger hated this movie, then why in the bluest of all hells didn't he told MGM to give the Bond role to Timothy Dalton?

  • @MegaDside No, roger moore didn't hate the movie he said he hated the song by Duran Duran. Mainly because he said that he didnt like the music of the youth during in that era.

  • @KDTBRB Really? Heh. BTW, I have the Official James Bond Movies from The Ultimate Collection. and it cost me an Arm and a Leg. P.S. This movie was originally called From A View To A Kill.

  • why have the bond films at the start have erotic women dancing about?

  • @wigster600 It's just a tradition, like the gun barrel sequence.

  • awesome !!!!!!

  • Only watched it yesterday, just had to listen to this song again.

  • I watched this movie at the theater. Near the end of the film Bond is hanging from a mooring line on the Zorin Industries blimp high above San francisco. The film chose that moment to break. They had it up and running in 10 minutes, but had flipped it backwards. They had to stop the movie again and thread the film. Funny now, but quite aggravating when one is watching the climax of the movie.

  • I played this song like 10 times over and over again...

  • love bond movies

  • the best 007 song !

  • @mondo78fr TOTALLY!

  • another Maurice Binder title credit masterpiece

  • Thumbs up if you think this is the

    BEST

    BOND

    THEME

    EVAR

  • @ReverendSyn I agree with you

  • I think this is the best bond song, although the one for Die Another Day was awesome as well.

  • @Xboxboi79

What about live and let die?

  • @newby5719 Never saw that yet.

  • Best Bond song ever.

  • I would have loved to be in the board room listing to how they came up with OCTOPUSSY

  • @coates27 and im sure that joke hasn't been made 3000000000000000 times.

  • @MattHood Hmmm did not realize i was making a joke, thanks for pointing that out . I got one for you, see that number you wrote (and i would bet money you can even put it into words without going to ask.com or wiki) that's how long ago this was posted. Glad to know my words infected your mind, always good to expose an asshole or two anyways, Back To Business!!!.

  • @MattHood Hmmm did not realize i was making a joke, thanks for pointing that out . Glad to know my words infected your mind, always good to expose an asshole or two. Anyways, Back To Business!!!.

  • Look it up on Youtube, it's fucking intense as hell.

  • Love it

  • bond..james bond

  • by far the best bond song.

  • @chrisolive4444 - 2nd best. Nothing can ever beat "Live and let die". That song got Bond down as perfect as it gets. McCartney even performs it now by shooting off an actual cannon before that instrumental riff. I saw him in concert and I thought a bomb went off, a terror attack. My girlfriend was crying she got so freaked out. You could actually feel the shockwave going through you. "..in this world in which we live in, makes you give it a try....do do do....to live and let DIE! BOOOM!

  • @bubbamanx I agree. I would have to say though its a tie between "Goldeneye-Tina Turner" and this one. I liked "The Living Daylights" as well

  • It's a good song, one of my favs by Duran Duran.

  • This is my all time favorite Bond song, followed by Live and Let Die, and Nobody Does it Better. I'm also in the minority as having Roger Moore being my favorite Bond.

  • @escelante I agree. Roger Moore was the coolest Bond. Also he was a nice easy-going gentleman in real life!

  • 2nd fav bond song #1 live and let die

  • This songs one of the reasons why you should be proud to be british!!!

  • Lady Gaga should cover this!!!!

  • @PopCulture20 Sorry, that's just sacrilege.

  • R.I.P. John Barry

  • Gr8 song.

  • This is such a great Bond song. I feel it captures the spirit of the 80's perfectly.

  • THAT'S THE POWER OF THE GLORIOUS 80'S!!!!!!!!

  • 3 people doesnt have ears or life and someone should have a view to a kill to them >:(

  • @velocityreptile 3 freak people worked for ZORIN

  • cant wait till nov. 7th to get it on DVD!

  • This, is a sexy song . i got laid and then i came even more during this song..my boyfriend dug it so we played this song again and again and.all fu**in godam it it was!!! ,,,,,, that asshole that thinks this song stinks is a virgin and will probable go to another party with this song on and everyone is going to come and he is going to go " owner of a lonely boner" !!!HA! GROW UP GET LAID AND SHUT-UP!!

  • @rockyrachael1 either you're married or kind of... hmmm loose. but uhh yes it's a good song.

  • Could it be...the whole world opening up wide?

  • HOW COULD YOU DISLIKE THIS????????????? 3 people dont know good music

  • Absolutely loved it ! Clicked for 105 points. Thanks for uploading it.

  • This has to be the best 007 song of all. The song fits the James Bond 007 image. Great song.ds

  • Good Song!!

  • we will alaways remember max zorin laugh

    LOL

  • sorry, I stand corrected.

  • superb hit by the boys.

  • The only Group to cover a Bond movie. And what a song. Proud to be British.

  • @spartacusvikinga So what do you consider A-ha, Garbage, and Paul McCartney & Wings?

  • fantastic, i was born about 5 months after this film was made in 1985 but never the less love it, roger moore was the only one i really enjoyed to watch dont like anything from 1986 onwards :(

  • Random Roger Moore silhouettes: pew pew

  • just watched this on ITV 3

  • There's just something magical about bond theme tunes...this one in particular...takes me back...takes me to another world where I'm immersed with reminicsing over those special bond moments.

Roger Moore also helped in the experience.

  • The horse steroids angle in this movie didn't make any sense should have sticked to the main plot of the movie which is drowning the silicon valley.

  • @sidoghosh it was supposed to be about Max Zorin being a genetic experiment by the nazis. The old fellow who was with Zorin, was experimenting on his horses in some similar way.

I think it was also to do with the fact that VTAK was a partial remake of goldfinger (which has Bond at GFs stud farm).

  • such an 80's bond movie, love it!... any movie which has Grace Jones is instantly amazing

  • perhaps only bond song that i actualy love.

  • Totally underrated movie.

  • This is gonna sound nerdy, but the very first sound of this song was used by Michael Jackson when performing his song "Dangerous" on his HIStory Tour .. :p

  • great song

one of my fav bond song

  • christopher walken aka max zorin the best 007 villian:)

  • One of the best Bond songs, sung by one of the best bands.

  • Such a brilliant song!

  • bond will return:) even after we are dead lol

  • Max Zorin.

  • Last Roger Moore movie as 007 in 1985! The best Bonds were gone forever!

  • easily in my top3!

  • Best bond song!

  • The only two good things about this movie are: this theme song and Christopher Walken. Tanye Roberts had a great body, but her voice annoyed the hell outta me!

  • she is rather cute, it has to be said. :)

  • One of my fav openings of the series.

  • One of the best Bond's and the song is really great :3

  • Definitely Moore's best outing as Bond.

  • Christopher Walken was also an awesome villain.

  • Also features Dolf Lundgren in his first role.

  • kick-a*s song!!

  • this, imo is the best bond film

  • I went to a house party recently and they played this song and the whole place erupted!!!!!!

  • @swordfishmatador Holy shit are you for reals? If this was played at my party some stupid bitch would switch the song within like a minute...not even listening to the song.

  • @swordfishmatador If that's the music they play then you've got to invite all of us next time.

  • @Kenro200x I know right. I wouldn't mind going if that's how they get down

  • Its a very good film, the title songs been one of my faves since it came out in 85....However, I think Roger Moores BEST Bond film was The Spy Who Loved Me, even he felt it was his personal best as was the song from that film.

  • That one was decent, but I thought For Your Eyes Only was Moore's best. The range of locations and action was amazing (underwater ruins in the Greek islands, skiing in the Swiss alps, scaling sheer cliffs). Plus, the bond girl was probably the classiest, most exotic ever. It was the whole package.

  • one of the all time great bond films in fact one of the best if not the best in my opinoun

  • i just watched the film ... the song is the best ... Roger Moore very good and Tanya Roberts very sexy

  • thanks for posting. i couldnt find it anywhere else. :) love it. x.
