North Korea has as good education, if not better, as South. Better reputation in international arena? Umm well it's closest ally is China, the number one superpower in the world. North Korea's economy was far behind South Korea's by the late 70s- even though the north had almost all the industry on the peninsula at the end of the korean war. of course the KPA is stronger than ROK armed forces...because the dictatorship in the north prioritizes the military while letting its citizens starve.
