Nice video! The point that Joe raises about the difference between the evolution of our technology and on the other hand, evolution of our culture, is easily answered. Technical evolution is done by a small percentage of highly skilled and intelligent individuals. Other people benefit from the effort of these individuals without contributing to or understanding the technology.
Our culture is defined by everyone within a certain geographical area. Dumb folks far outnumber the smart ones.
