  • Arrgh! Tea Parties! How terrible, violent, and angry!

    (Year later)

Support Occupy! If you don't you're one of these villainous, greedy Wall Street thugs!

  • 99% of people work(to some degree) 1% of intelligent people work "Harder"

  • Yet another "fair and balanced" right wing fucktard.

  • @MrChadsimoneaux yeah we all know how fair and balanced your little socialist buttbuddies over at MSNBC or even CNN are, so shut the fuck up you whiny frenchfag

  • @MrChadsimoneaux He never said he was fair or balanced.

Hey, instead of telling them flaws in their argument, I'll just childishly insult him for the sole reason that he disagrees with my political beliefs.

  • Hahahahaha so true!

  • He forgot to show a photo of the liberal Dem stalward, Bobby "sheets" Byrd.

  • yes because calling obama a monkey or tell him to go back to kenya is not rasicm

or the clip with Lauren Valle getting her head stomped

Congressmember Bob Filner who won with a 20 point who needed to be rescued by police

days after the tea party moment members was talking about how to use violence because politics had failed there wher videos on how to use sniper rifles and ak-47s

you mean that type of violence that you couldnt find there you wanted the proof glad i could help Klavan

  • @pailmaster The Repub rep that put the Obama as monkey pic was universally condemned and had to resign. The Birthers were never well regarded. TP never advocated use of violence. That's a lie. In fact the TP anthem by Lloyd Marcus advocated AGAINST violence.

The real racists are on the Left as they dictate to Blacks and other non-Whites how to think & vote & if they don't comply they get humiliated and denigrated such as being referred to as tokens, sell-outs, etc.

  • @Aegius then if the tea party moment is against violence and rasicm why can i keep finding examples this is just a fraction of what i can fin there are many cases like a sigjhn that said "tax payers = neggars" and the violence is there

dont denie that i could keep finding clips and quotes enogh about that

and nice with the name calling by the way the right winged are just as bad at doing the same so that makes you just as guilty

but telling and not discussing it is wrong either way

  • Hahahaha, this is so funny and so true.

  • I like how mute stupidity merges into a screen shot of Keith Olbermann. It's so true..

  • i like this guys brilliant reasoning. i see 2 year olds reasoning in the same way, and i applaud them for that too. what a hero. i bet he even finished elementary school. look how smart he is.

  • @xdroon3 Andrew Klavan graduated with a BS in philosophy from UC Berkeley.

BTW, guys = plural for guy. The possessive adjective is guy's, b/c the apostrophe denotes possession. I learned that by the 2nd grade in elementary school. If someone didn't finish elementary school here, that would be you.

  • @Aegius lol spell nazi alert! haha this guy is fucking retarded. any one with basic reading skills would interpret the right meaning out of the context. its obvious he didnt had pre-elementary education. this guy is actually checking spelling on internet comments. there is spell check for that, retard. lol

  • @xdroon3 Pathetic. Just insults. But that is typical of a Fascist Lefty like yourself. Thanks for demonstrating your true colors.

I pointed out your mistake in grammar: "guys" = plural of guy. "guy's" = possessive adjective using common known "guy". It was about GRAMMAR, not spelling. You really are an idiot.

    Real Fascists = the Left.

    Real racists = The Left.

Thanks for proving what I have known for years.

  • @Aegius lol you fucking retard. youre obviously new to the internet or just fucking retarded. like i said, its SPELLING you idiot. who gives a shit about correct spelling. i suppose you double check ur own messages for correct spelling lol. Thanks for proving that youre fucking retarded.

  • Love your videos. Keep up the good work.

  • i have a total man crush on this man now...

  • Harry Reid was not condescending towards blacks. Besides republicans in the past 40 yrs have been onthing but condescending towards blacks. Just recently one thought it would be funny to let them drown in case of flood in Cairo and one in Okalhoma said blacks are lazy and are 99% of people in prisons in Oklahoma.

  • hahaha that was great!!!

  • hahahahahahahahahha - I can't stop laughing.....

  • This is awesome! :)

  • 21 people have been reduced to mute stupidity.

  • Lol, "You shut up and believe whatever we tell you."

  • I think tea partiers should embrace the term "Tea Bagger".

If they did, you could proceed to call democrats "D-bags". Thus, their motto could be "I'd rather tea bag than be a D-bag".

  • @MaverickWhig Any time some one calls me a tea bagger I just reply "I'd rather be the Tea Bagger than the Tea Baggie"

  • @MaverickWhig OOOOH A WHIG

  • We will never have our country until the mainstream media monopoly is broken up. The control of information from these outlets is in the hands of a very few and until they are stopped we will at best hold the line, but never be able to roll back all the damage done by maistream media. We will get another liberal progressive govorment in one or two terms, probably by the time our children will have to deal with it. We need to make breaking up the monopoly on our information the #1 priority.

  • Gret video I'm now a subscriber.

  • why is fox news not considered mainstream?

  • Every liberal news channel, ever.

  • Yea! A Dodge Ram!

  • 3:09

msm can really get away with that

  • "This is the mainstream media: We report, You. . . shut up and believe whatever we tell you. . . damn it, who do you think you are?!"

lol... Classic, but sadly, describes mainstream media all too well.

  • @BenjaminTwenty Yes and it describes every liberal leftist fool ive ever met. disagree with them, and well your just stupid. Never a reason why your wrong, you just are.

  • @realdad32 Mainstream Media are the leftist fools, though.

  • @realdad32 In order to get rid of the mainstream media, you would first have to get rid of the Jews.

  • @LordMalice6d9 ah yes the commie pinko socialist answer to all the worlds problems. get rid of the jews. let me educate you, just in case your not a commie schill. although the media complex may be dominated by people who are ethnic jews, they are all people who renounce and ridicule judaism and also christianity.so not really jews in the true sense of the name. anb certainly not isreali jews. i really dont care what religion or race they are as long as the hold they have on our media is broken.

  • @LordMalice6d9 @realdad32 the mainstream media is not run by Jews you racist idiots! I am sick of this stupid lie! You are just like Hitler, as soon as you see a problem - BLAME THE JEWS! you are not inteligent or noble, you are irresposible twats who blame others for the worlds problems instead of doing somthing good for the world yourselves!

  • @Jacob2Israel Good for you, Jacob! Couldn't have said it better! You are absolutely right on the money.

  • @Countrygent100 Disgusting Kike lover.

  • Comment removed

  • @Jacob2Israel Who controls the central banks(Federal Reserve, Bank of England, etc)? Jews.

Who controls the media(TV, radio, newspapers/magazines)? Jews

Who controls the advertisers in the media? Jews

Who controls the financial institutions which bankroll the political campaigns? Jews

Who is the most powerful lobby in Washington DC? AIPAC(American Israeli Public Affairs Committee).

Who owns the World Bank and International Monetary Fund? Jews.

    Don't question me again!

  • @LordMalice6d9 grow up baby lord.

  • @LordMalice6d9 You're not antisemetic or anything, nooooo!!

I do not question you, sir, I question your sources that say that there Jews in all of these places. Oh, wait, you haven't given any sources. You only splattered antisemetic blather all over the comments section pretending it's an argument. Oh, well, in that case, I question you. And your sanity. :)

  • @LordMalice6d9

Who controls physics, chemistry, psychology, philosophy, literature, fashion... THE JEWS!!!!

How can an ethnic group 'control' something when there is no centralized planned way for them to do so? It's not like they all meet over Skype every Thursday night to discuss world domination.

    You're such a fucking idiot.

Also, Klavan is a far-right nutjob.

  • Sad that it is so easy to caricature the rampant brainlessness of the left these days. I am constantly reminded of Invasion of the Body Snatchers---just don't get, even a little, the incredible delusion that so many--esp in the "press"--have devolved to....really worrisome.

  • Haha! That was hilarious!

  • he got that right--shutup and believe what we tell you. Who do you think you are...the new White House motto

  • Liberty through government. Typing that made me grin a little.

    mises . org /media/2490

  • The humor is this piece is pretty George Carlin-ish. Riffing on the adjectives used for tea party people by the MSM. I love it!

  • IOWA! LOL

  • LOL! I like this guy.

  • Klavan is Great.

    He is So Right.

msLSD is Extreme and Angry and Racist and Nasty and Dishonest and a Big Lapdog for the Administration.

  • Andrew Klavan, I think I love you.

  • Hey your flirting with the truth, the Obama Czars will come looking for you... They will make laws about this sort of thing!

    Re-Education for you!!!

    ;)

  • ROTFLMAO!! This should be shown on every station in America as a public service message.

  • 4:20 AWESOME! LOL!

  • This kind of propaganda has long been a favorite tactic of the left.... and now, even our president, makes offhanded and insulting remarks about citizens, who disagree with his policies. I've never heard a president insult the American people, before, ever... regardless of how much they have disagreed with policy. It says a lot more about the president, than it does about the protesters.

  • HAHAHAHHAAH

    fuck the NWO.

  • Where can I get a transcript?

  • extreme. nice.

  • Very cool....

  • Another dead-on accurate video from KOC.

Hilarious and sadly true, all at once.

  • Utterly Brilliant!

  • I agree. Tea Party does not have extremists. It is normal behavior for them to mock Parkinson's victims. Tea party movement also showed me that the public school system has failed miserably (unless all these folks are home schooled).

  • @nycistanbul You are a disgusting fool that can't handle dissenting viewpoints. Shut the fuck up, bitch.

  • @Etimos

yes, manufactured by people instead of liberal leftie idealists and those misinformed dhimmwits who bow to the kings of sadistic and barbaric regimes

  • @armordinnerjacket

..... I dont know whether to laugh or cry. I honestly cant decide whether the obviously MASSIVE brain dysfunction that caused such a stupid statement is Hilarious or Tragic.

I think in the meantime I'm just going to shake my head in disbelief, and hope that whatever tumor or irregularity causes you to be so separated from reality is not permanent, or contagious.

  • which part of the statement is incorrect?

i'm sure that someone of your mind numbing intelligence will be able to tell me?

    no?

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

    1) Manufactured by people instead of liberal leftie idealists. Several problems with that. Firstly, lefty is spelled with a Y. Second, the tea party was manufactured almost entirely by Fox News, as only they feel the need to devote any significant time to this movement, and even recycle old stock footage of earlier MUCH BETTER ATTENDED events in order to misrepresent more recent Tea Bagger events and give a false impression of their otherwise lackluster popularity.

  • @Etimos

from Longman's Dictionary - left‧ie - another spelling of lefty

    Dictionary com: left·ie nounInformal. lefty.

so that kind of screws your arrogantly fallacious english lesson

next - present evidence and not conspiracy theorist hearsay

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

    2) Kings of Sadistic and Barbaric Regimes. On what planet do you spend most of your time? If you cant see what's wrong with that statement, you are too far gone to be saved.

In any case, I think you've demonstrated quite clearly who the misinformed dimwit is.

Now if you dont mind, I've got INTELLIGENT conversations to get back to, so as your mother no doubt told you repeatedly growing up, "Shhh, the grown-ups are talking."

  • @Etimos

AFP - A Lebanese man sentenced to death in Saudi Arabia on charges of witchcraft is due to be beheaded this week, his lawyer said on Wednesday, urging officials and rights groups to intervene on his behalf.

if you don't think that cutting someone's head off for "witchcraft" is sadistic or barbaric, then you are obviously a lover of violent injustice and i will continue to treat you with the contempt that you deserve

good luck with the english lessons

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

    Are you completely retarded?

You do realize that Saudi Arabia is RIGHT WING, dont you? They are hard-line religious fundamentalists, which is basically what the republicans have come to epitomize these days. Do you even know what the 'left' is?What Liberal is?

    Clearly not.

If you want to talk about leftists, you'd be much better off looking at Sweden or France.

If your idea of 'leftist' is Saudi Arabia, you are WAYYYYYYYYY the fuck on the stupid-crazy end of the scale.

  • @Etimos

obviously it is you that is retarded - saudis are right wing? - is that why obama bowed to the saudi king?

obama's actions were the whole point of my reference to bowing to kings of barbaric regimes

clearly you didn't grasp that the first time around

how're the spelling lessons coming along?

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

..... god god..... Until this moment, i did not fully realize the depth of the well of stupidity i was standing so precariously close to. Allow me to take a few steps back to avoid falling into this gaping maw of idiocy.

He bowed to the Saudi king because ITS FUCKING POLITE! He didnt get on his knees and swear an oath of fealty to the fucker. Saudi Arabia is a US ally and major trading partner and investor. George Bush (Jr. And Sr.) paid the same kind of respect you dunce.

  • @Etimos

it's polite to show deference and submission to an unelected overlord of a barbaric totalitarian theocracy?

i'm so glad that our president feels that he needs to be polite to someone who allows the execution of people for witchcraft

i'm so glad to hear that you support being an ally of such a disgusting state, with such a terrible human rights reputation

btw, i don't give a shit what the bush's did

well done for supporting totalitarianism - i admire your humanity

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

Yes, it is polite to bow respectfully to a nation leader, or to shake his hand, or whatever the existing custom is.

Dont get too high and mighty; the US is hardly the epitome of knightly valor in that regard, either. The US regularly violates the Geneva conventions and commits war crimes without investigation, prosecution, or remorse, including the use of cluster bombs in civilian areas.

PS: You SHOULD care what the bush's did because you're painting 'libs' with that brush

  • @Etimos

i should have been more clear - i don't care that the bushes kissed barbarian ass as i despise the bushes and their hypocrisy and stupidity was obvious

but for you to employ them as a tu quoque, devalues obama even more

the tu quoque of the usa doesn't wash either, unless you have evidence of courts sentencing people to death for witchcraft and, adultery, amputations for theft, and floggings for being seen with an unrelated man

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

I see, so it's only a brutal war crime of a barbaric state if it's a Saudi infraction. Dropping cluster bomblets from cruise missiles all over a densely populated civilian city is perfectly fine, even though their use is banned by international treatise and considered a violation of the geneva convention because the bomblets have a 30% misfire rate, and are prone to explode days, weeks, or even months later WHEN IRAQI CHILDREN PICK THEM UP!

  • @Etimos

can you give the exact examples of when these cluster bombs were dropped from cruise missiles all over densely populated civilian areas?

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

Exact examples? WTF?! THE IRAQ WAR! I just gave you that freaking example! It is NOT an uncommonly known fact that the US used cruise missiles loaded with cluster bombs for the attack on Baghdad! Were you even watching the news at the time? Come on man, brain function, show me some!

And yes, ever since he was signed to Fox, Glen Beck has been an insufferable lump of shit, but that's what sells. Get the Christianazis riled up and they'll watch more news!

  • @Etimos

so, according to you an example of cluster bombs dropped from cruise missiles on civilians is: "WTF?! THE IRAQ WAR!"

nice objective work there - facts not big with you are they?

no sweetie, the cruise missile used on baghdad were precision munitions

although, i really don't know why us forces tried so hard to prevent casualties, as islamists never try to prevent civilian casualties - they always try to maximize civilian casualties and have always done so, long before the gulf war

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

CLUSTER BOMBLETS. They are a warhead type discharged from cruise missiles. Seriously, wtf man? If you cant even get that, I dont know why I'm bothering with you.

Not CARPET BOMBING, Cluster Bombs. theres a BIG fucking difference! Both are banned from use in civilian areas as war-crimes, though.

And yes, TERRORISTS (Christian, Muslim, or even fucking Shintoist) do try to maximize casualties. This would justify the US military doing the same how?

  • @Etimos

check your facts - cluster bombs are ONE SINGLE TYPE of munition that can be discharged from cruise missiles

i did not, at any time, mention "CARPET BOMBING"

it is exactly this type of deliberate misrepresentation, ignorance and willful stupidity that makes me detest intellectually dishonest shitbags like you - no offence

yea - those fucking christian & buddhist terrorists on 9/11, 7/7, in bali, mumbai, madrid, beslan - they really fucking maximized casualties..

    good empathy there

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

Now who needs to check their facts?

    1) It's common knowledge that Cluster Bomb warheads were used in baghdad.

USA Today: Although U.S. forces sought to limit what they call "collateral damage" in the Iraq campaign, they defied international criticism and used nearly 10,800 cluster weapons; their British allies used almost 2,200.

  • 2) Aum Shinrikyo (or Aum Supreme Truth) is the name of a terrorist cult operating in Japan, though the cult is now known by the name Aleph. The group is most famous for their 1995 sarin gas attack on the Tokyo subway system.

Non-islamic terrorist group example, one of many.

  • 3)

    3) A poll conducted by Rasmussen Reports during September 2004 found that Fox News was second to CBS as the most politically biased network in the public view. 37% of respondents thought CBS, in the wake of the memogate scandal, was trying to help elect John Kerry, while 34% of respondents said they believed that Fox's goal was to "help elect Bush."

  • 4) Allegations of "astroturfing" appeared in a New York Times editorial[151] as well as a Playboy article by Mark Ames and Yasha Levine in February 2009. The article was removed after libel claims, but no legal action materialized. The authors repeated and elaborated their allegations elsewhere—that the tea party protests were a "carefully organized and sophisticated PR campaign . . . for some of the craziest and sleaziest rightwing oligarch clans this country has ever produced,"

  • PS: 2-4 Quoted from Wikipedia, for convenience. 1 quoted from USA Today home

  • 5)The Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM) is an international treaty that prohibits the use of cluster bombs, a type of explosive weapon which scatters submunitions ("bomblets") over an area. The convention was adopted on 30 May 2008 in Dublin,[6] and was opened for signature on 3 December 2008 in Oslo. It will enter into force on 1 August 2010, six months after it was ratified by 30 states;[2] as of February 2010, 30 states have ratified it and another 74 have signed but not yet ratified it

  • While not technically a war crime (my mistake) to employ these cluster weapons, it will be soon, and I doubt anyone will disagree that scattering tens of thousands of cluster bomblet munitions over densely populated civilian areas is most definitely a Crime Against Humanity, given that these cluster munitions have a misfire rate of up to 30% (meaning up to 30% of them dont blow up when they're supposed to. They detonate later when some kid steps on them)

  • @Etimos

i know what cluster bombs are and i am not denying that they were used in iraq

however, i am waiting for proof of your hyperbolic claim that cluster bombs were "dropped from cruise missiles all over densely populated civilian areas"

was this just more intellectual dishonesty to embellish your claims or just that you're not very good at backing up your claims?

but i guess if asking for verification of wild claims makes me an ass, then i'm an ass

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

    1) You misquoted me. I didnt say fox news was the hate group, I said the tea party, as manufactured by fox news, is a right wing hate group.

    2) Where else do you think they were using the cluster bombs? They dont drop them in the middle of the desert. The Iraq War was fought in the cities and towns of Iraq. If you even watched the CNN coverage of the cruise missiles hitting home at various locations throughout Baghdad you'll SEE the munitions being used.

  • @Etimos

my apologies, however you do need to give me some reasonable evidence that: a) they were manufactured by fox

and b) that they are a "hate group"

cluster bombs tend to be used to destroy runways, equipment installations, and against troops

please supply the evidence that they were "dropped from cruise missiles over densely populated civilian areas" - i have asked 3 or 4 times now and you continue to avoid answering - you continue your hyperbole and intellectual dishonesty

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

    3) Yes, Islam has been very busy lately, but they are not the only religion that has terrorists. Christians have been bombing abortion clinics and spouting hatespeech all over the place lately too.

Far be it from me to DEFEND Islam mind you. I just like to see other people get their credit too. I dont like it when the pot calls the kettle black.

    4) No, not all teabaggers are Christianazi wackos, but the Tea Party MOVEMENT is a manufactured Right Wing Propaganda campaign.

  • @Etimos

islam has been very busy for 1400 years, not just recently - there have been over 15,000 deadly attacks worldwide in the name of islam in the last 8 years alone - islam obviously deserves a lot of credit from you

i am neither a pot nor a kettle, however when an obviously violent totalitarian ideology presents itself as a religion of peace, i tend to take notice - the OIC has 56 member states - only about 5 of which are democracies

please give the evidence of manufacturing

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

If there are reasonable, intelligent, NORMAL people in the Tea Party movement, they are being ignored by the media, who are instead focusing on the fundamentalist christian right wing racist hatemonger section of the group, probably because those people shout the loudest.

Frankly, how any libertarian atheists can stand being in a group like that is beyond me, but I have yet to see any of them on-camera on any of the major broadcasters.

PS: All US Mainstream Media is Biased

  • @Etimos

i'm sorry, i see people like zonation a cool black dude shouting loud for the "tea baggers" along with blogs like the blacksphere and a lot of libertarians - however, MSNBC and its extreme left bias likes to ignore this

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket Very nice analysis, the far left media is heavily biased. But all political bases are biased and to single out this one person is unfair in my opinion. MSNBC is extreme left but FOX is extreme right.

I watch FOX more than any other program because it's entertainment watching. Hannity attacks the opposition nightly, O'reilly complains about being cut off but never allows guest to complete logical points. Billy called an 18 year old a 'pinhead' for quoting his own book.

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

Fox are Overtly conservative (going so far as to misrepresent their opponents, outright lie, misleadingly edit their interviewees, and show stock footage of better-attended but unrelated public events to flesh out the more sparsely attended events that they want to encourage), and MSNBC is Overtly liberal, as they get ratings as being the Fox News alternative.

The others are somewhere along that scale too.

Arguing that Fox is anywhere near unbiased, though, is just silly.

  • @Etimos

i'll stay with the University of California study on news bias thanks - remember - the one that showed that Fox wasn't as far to the right as CNN is to the left and that CNN tended to allow less opposing viewpoints, while MSNBC was extreme left...and that Fox was about on par with ABC etc for lack of bias

again, you are presenting your opinion, not facts - for me, the UCLA study beats your opinion - sorry!

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

In March and April, cluster bombs used in populated areas were responsible for more civilian casualties than any other weapon, said a report published today. On one day, 31 March, 33 civilians were killed and 109 injured by the bomblets dropped on of Hillah, 60 miles south of Baghdad.

  • @Etimos "dropped from cruise missiles all over densely populated civilian areas"

is what you said - which compared with the HRW report, shows that you were engaging in hyperbole and intellectual dishonesty by using terms that attempted to make the allied action appear to be a deliberate and massive slaughter of iraqi civilians

especially as Kenneth Roth, HRW's executive director, said: "Coalition forces tried to avoid killing Iraqis who weren't in combat."

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

You really are a piece of work. Hyperbole and Intellectual dishonesty? You're the one trying to invent my argument for me, telling me what my terminology is attempting to do.

Tell me what part of my statement was inaccurate, or shut your greasy trap, you disingenuous cretin. MY EXACT WORDS are 100% accurate. Tens of thousands of cluster munitions were used in Iraq, chiefly in densely populated urban areas. You asked for facts, you got them. Suck it up, buttercup.

  • @Etimos

again hyperbole and intellectual dishonesty - the report says "often in populated areas"

not "chiefly in densely populated urban areas" - again you exaggerate for effect - twice in 6 words in this case -

chiefly - indicating a majority, where none was given

densely - to create a picture of more victims

you should report for the mirror or the sun

i find that kind of deliberate deceit deplorable to say the least

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

Semantics. Often, Chiefly, Densely. If your best counter-argument is to pick on the words, your argument is in danger of collapsing under the weight of its own inadequacy.

You can find it as deplorable as you like, but it smacks hypocritical to me, given the exaggerated weight of your own language in answer.

Frankly, I've lost interest in you. You have nothing substantial to say. In fact it seems like your argument has withered away entirely at this point.

  • @Etimos

of course it's semantics - that's the whole fucking point - you deliberately choose words to exaggerate the situation - it is dishonest and a distortion of the truth

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

    1) in reverse order: Indiscriminate targeting of civilians was EXACTLY the case I implied, you idiot. If you read it any differently, that was YOUR inference, not my point. Dont argue against positions I didnt make, and then accuse me of intellectual dishonesty.

    2) No, it is not intolerant or discriminatory to suggest that a group whose members shout racist and bigoted profanities at black and gay congressmen may in fact BE a hate group.

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

You need to learn what those words mean before tossing them at me.

    3) I showed you evidence that casts the Tea Party's veracity into doubt via heavy accusations of 'astroturfing' by columnists in reputable news media. I do not have to prove CONCLUSIVELY their nefarious motives, merely raise the specter of doubt. Given the complex and multi-base nature of the Tea Party as a whole, asking for 100% conclusive proof is absurd and unreasonable.

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

    4) You challenge my intellectual integrity. but your argument appears to have no real form at all.

You ask for evidence, i give you evidence, You dont like the evidence, so you either attack the words I used, or say "that's not good enough", without actually addressing the main point of either one.

You construct straw-men of my arguments, intentionally and repeatedly missing the point, and realizing you have lost a given point, you move immediately to a new point.

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

You asked me to prove that the US military used cluster munitions in populated civilian areas in Iraq. I did. You cant simply change your argument from "Prove it happened" to "You exaggerated!" My wording was not the original issue, whether you like it or not.

You cannot argue connotation or implication, and it's ridiculous for you to even try. You can take any implication you like from the argument, but the LITERAL use of the words was entirely accurate, so suck on it.

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

And to the contrary, using PART off a sentence "for the sake of brevity" changes the entire structure and meaning of the sentence, and IS INTELLECTUALLY DISHONEST!

Your quote-mine of my sentence changed the meaning of the sentence to suggest I was calling FOX NEWS a right wing hate group, when in fact it was the latter half of a sentence where I was actually referring to the Tea Party. THAT IS INTELLECTUALLY DISHONEST, YOU LITTLE SHIT.

    Your position has collapsed.

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

You are no longer arguing against my original argument. You are arguing against phantoms, against 'implications' that you yourself invented, trying to defend your argument with quote-mining and exaggeration, while simultaneously accusing me of exaggerating and acting as if it's the worst crime known to man!

As for the tea party, consider this: Who has been signing the checks for these rallies? Do you know who pays for the busses and catering for them?

  • @Etimos

no dear - i am arguing against your spin and hyperbole - you do not state facts until pushed hard - you employ exaggerations designed to elicit a more emotional response

"christian hate groups manufactured by fox"

"cluster bombs dropped from cruise missiles ALL over densely populated urban areas"

hyperbole and intellectual dishonest worthy of tabloids

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

And how about the fact that the TEA PARTY was created as a protest against absurd taxes (in the spirit of the original tea party), and yet the tea party seems to have no grasp of the tax situation they're arguing against! A recent poll suggests 90% of tea party members believe taxes have gone up since Obama took office, and only 3% believe they've gone down.

IN fact, taxes have gone down for 95% of the country, so either the Tea Party represents that upper 5%, OR...

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

... They have no fucking clue about taxes and are just spouting slogans and enjoying the bus rides and corporate sponsorship they're being handed on all sides.

As for the part of Fox News in the creation of this Astroturf movement, Fox News, if you'll pay attention, refers to the Tea Party as a grass roots movement at least once during every single report, and makes no mention of any outside sponsorship, such as the FREEDOM WORKS FOUNDATION, themselves corporate-funded.

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

Calling Baghdad, the largest city in Iraq (with a population of more than seven million) and the second largest city in the Arab world a "Densely Populated Urban Area" is about as far from HYPERBOLE as you can get, you dumb shit. It is no exaggeration to call a Fucking CITY a densely populated area, or to suggest that dropping cluster munitions within city limits the employment of cluster munitions in a densely populated area!

YOU ARE ARGUING AGAINST YOURSELF, NOT ME!

  • @Etimos

"ALL OVER densely populated urban areas"

So, what exactly do you mean by "all over"? - Just a few places? Everywhere?

How do you know that these cluster bombs were "dropped from cruise missiles"?

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

FreedomWorks was one of the lobbying groups involved in orchestrating the April 15, 2009 anti-Obama, anti-tax "tea parties". In February 2009, the FreedomWorks website said the group was "now working with other groups to plan a massive, nationwide tea party protest day for Tax Day on April 15th, 2009"[12], the Tax Day Tea Party protests.

  • Summer 2009: In summer of 2009, FreedomWorks began pursuing an aggressive strategy to create the image of mass public opposition to health care and clean energy reform at Congressmembers' town-hall meetings in their districts. A leaked memo from Bob MacGuffie, a volunteer with the FreedomWorks website "Tea Party Patriots," describes how members should infiltrate town hall meetings and harass and intimidate Democratic members of Congress:

  • "Spread out in the hall and try to be in the front half. The objective is to put the Rep on the defensive with your questions and follow-up ... You need to rock-the-boat early in the Rep's presentation. Watch for an opportunity to yell out and challenge the Rep's statements early. If he blames Bush for something or offers other excuses -- call him on it, yell back and have someone else follow-up with a shout-out ... The goal is to rattle him ..."

  • @Etimos

so now you are objecting to organized lobbying???

is this meant to prove that they are christian hate groups manufactured by fox?

  • Sounds like a good plan, the douche bags in congress are as sleazy and manipulative as they come. Did you write your post expecting someone to be outraged? Why would any sensible person be outraged by your examples? If you are so brainwashed to actually not agree that the majority of congress are morally bankrupt than your delusional. I really don't understand how in 2010, after all we know about corruption in Washington I find myself having to read comments from people who idolize government.

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

The cluster munitions were dropped from a variety of weapon types including cruise missiles and rockets, so again the statement is 100% accurate, whether you LIKE it or not.

Arguing against phantom connotations you 'FEEL' that my words try to convey is a weak and flimsy attempt to try to turn an argument lost into an argument won.

PS: Quote mining is generally not a good idea when you're calling your opponent intellectually dishonest. Per Kenneth Roth: (cont)

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

Allow me to FINISH your half-assed quote mine:

Coalition forces tried to avoid killing Iraqis who weren't in combat. But the deaths of hundreds of civilians could have been prevented. Every death of a civilian in wartime is a terrible tragedy but focusing on the exact number of deaths misses the point. The point is that the US military should not have been using these methods of warfare."

  • @Etimos

using part of the sentence for the sake of brevity does not make your claim any more or less misleading - the indiscriminate targeting of civilians is claerly not the case as you attempt to imply

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

The report, by Human Rights Watch (HRW), says American and British forces used nearly 13,000 cluster bombs, often in populated areas. The weapons, packed with small bomblets, some with time delays, have a failure rate of 5 per cent and the unexploded bomblets can lie in the ground for months until set off by a passer-by or a vehicle. Experience from other conflicts, including the US-led war in Afghanistan, has shown the unexploded, yellow bombs attract curious children.

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

To test Fox's guest list, FAIR studied 19 weeks of Special Report with Brit Hume (1/1/01-5/11/01), which Fox calls its signature political news show looking specifically at the show's daily one-on-one newsmaker interviews conducted by the show's anchor. The interview segment is a central part of the newscast; Hume often uses his high-profile guests' comments as subject matter for the show's wrap-up panel discussion.

  • @Etimos it is not illegal to be biased to the right...... yet...

however, why the outcry at fox when msnbc is biased so far to the left?

it seems that the lefts famous tolerance seems to be becoming a prejudice..

i'm glad that there is at least one outlet representing conservatives to keep a balance - especially as a socialist bias has often been a huge source of trouble in the last 100 years

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

And last but not least, Biased Media.

    1) I mentioned quite specifically that MSNBC was biased to the left, so pointing that out to me as part of your own argument is a bit stupid, frankly.

    2) So you ADMIT that the bias is there. What is the argument, then?

    3) ONE OUTLET REPRESENTING CONSERVATIVES?! Are you really that fucking deluded?

    4) SOCIALIST bias, trouble in the last 100 years? Are you completely retarded? Did you miss the massive "Commie" hunts?

    You hurt my brain

  • @Etimos

sorry, can't find you specifically mentioning msnbc were biased to the left (to say the least)

of course there is bias, i am just trying to find out where the "manufacturing of christian hate group" crap is coming from and why msnbc don't get attacked for their far left bias

what other major conservative news channels are there?

commie hunts? you obviously missed communism, national socialism, and even mussolini headed the italian social republic for some time -

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

The numbers show an overwhelming slant on Fox towards both Republicans and conservatives. Of the 56 partisan guests on Special Report between January and May, 50 were Republicans and six were Democrats -- a greater than 8 to 1 imbalance. In other words, 89 percent of guests with a party affiliation were Republicans.

    - From Fairness and Accuracy In Reporting website.

There are many others, but basically, You accept the UCLA study because it supports your opinion.

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

Lastly, as for the Tea Party "astroturfing" issue, lets drop it for the moment, since you seem to insist on ignoring the point of my statement entirely and keep focusing on individuals within or associated with the movement, rather than my issue with regards to the motivation, planning, and funding of the movement itself.

Frankly there isn't enough evidence one way or another to either convict or exonerate the movement. Suffice it to say, it remains suspicious.

  • @Etimos

    "let's drop it"

i guess that means you can't prove the rest of your hysteria and exaggeration about hate groups then

    a) they were manufactured by fox

and b) that they are a "hate group"

if there isn't enough information one way or the other, then it was intolerant, discriminatory and again intellectually dishonest of you to make such inflammatory and extremist statements

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

    Intolerant, Discriminatory, and Intellectually dishonest?

    1) How is it intolerant or discriminatory? Who am i being intolerant or discriminatory of? You cant just throw these words around will-he nill-he without considering their meaning.

Just because the evidence is inconclusive does not mean it doesnt exist.

There is a plethora of evidence that strongly suggests that the Tea Party Movement's rallies have been carefully manicured and up-played by right-wing media.

  • @Etimos

you don't think it intolerant or discriminatory to label people as a hate group?

a plethora of evidence that you haven't been able to produce that indicates that they are a right wing christian hate group manufactured by fox....

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

I eagerly wait to see what you dredge up from your little barrel of laughs next. So far, while not particularly educational or challenging, you have at least been moderately entertaining. If you continue down this path of name-calling and insubstantial non-argument, though, I fear you'll no longer be worth the effort.

I like a good argument as much as the next guy, but give me something more than just calling me prejudiced and intellectually dishonest over nothing.

  • @Etimos using your methods of hyperbole, we could say that obama is a muslim marxist, tearing apart the constitution and turning the usa into a socialist republic......

  • @Etimos

    allegations.....???

    must be true then...*sigh*

and of course, even if it were - you would tar every single one of them with the same brush

with that kind of logic, all left wingers are stalinists....

  • @Etimos

Rasmussen Reports - jolly good - so not as biased as CBS according to a "poll" ..... but i'll still take the UCLA study, thanks

however, this still doesn't go anywhere near substantiating your claim that: "fox news is very much a christian right wing hate group"

have the decency to provide the evidence

  • @Etimos

there have been 15,000 deadly attacks worldwide in the name of islam in the last 8 years alone, you have a long way to go - but i guess that 1 is a start

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

So it's only a war crime if it's to do with stoning someone to death over something stupid. Scattering shiny battery-sized packets of high explosive over most of a city is absolutely fine.

As for "devaluing" Obama, I could give two shits. He's not my president, and as far as I'm concerned, he's just as much a corporate shill as his predecessors, which suits the office just fine, since it's basically just been a special interest forum since Reagan anyway.

  • @ArmorDinnerJacket

Now again, this isn't to say that I approve of the saudis. As an atheist, I condemn them pretty much wholesale, as I would any theocratic state, including the US if these damn tea baggers and texan fundies have their way and end up turning the country into one big bible belt.

But you applying labels like 'lefties' and 'libs' to everything you dont like just smacks of Prime grade bullshit-fed ignorance.

As for chief murderers, no recent US president is clean of that stain.

  • so you believe that the tea baggers are all fundamentalist christians?

how well informed of you - *sigh* seems to be you applying labels while accusing others of doing the same....

where did i apply labels like lefties or libs to "everything (i) don't like"?

    more disingenuous accusations

    tu quoque?

you really think that the usa is as bad as saudi arabia?

if not, what was the purpose of the tu quoque?
