i feel like the edo stye sushi is over all the best only because of the fact that its the raw shit, no fancy sauces or weird ingredients like there was on the "international style" i enjoy my sushi raw preferably nigiri without the soy sauce or wasabi, but then again like that girl said after eating sushi for a long time it kinda feels like you get tired of it. its good to have something different every once in awhile

Iron Chef is about taking risks for the sake of enlightened taste. While the Challenger did a traditional way of sushi, which I am always a fan of; Morimoto did take risks as should be in Iron Chef. That is why Morimoto won this battle.

I don't know how, but this old Iron Chef did it so much better than the American version. I've never seen a single episode where I didn't get excited or feel the tension, as if lives really were on the line.

They need a sushi battle on Iron Chef America, but I think the problem is that there are only two Iron Chefs that can create sushi, one, obviously, Morimoto, the other happens to be Iron Chef Symon from his first battle, asparagus.
