Other than their stance on abortion, which is debatable, the rest of what the IPPF is trying to do is make discrimination based on sex/gender and sexual orientation illegal and to potect people from said discrimination. The Declaration is poorly worded. Its over-broad and vague.

This means two rational people can come to reasonably differing conclusions on how to interpret and apply these "rights".

Its debatable on whether IPPF had the right intentions when drafting this document but it cannot be argued that unless they specifically limit "sexual behaviors" then Article 6 has the effect of permitting a host of sexual deviancies that most people would consider depraved.
