BTw, the first scene with Tara was what got me into True Blood. Seriously, season 1 and 2 were just perfect and magic! Just amazing really. Bill was awesome. His character completely changed in season 3. blech! He's not the mysterious, creepy, dark vampire. Miss sookie and bill scenes too! :[

@MPHswayze Yeah, I was born and raised in Cali but my dad is from Kentucky and my mom is from Louisiana, so I know what several different accents from both of those states are supposed to sound like (inculding Creole accents, Cajun accents, etc etc). Tara is the name of a plantation in the book/movie Gone With The Wind. Plantations are large homes (like the one Bill lives in) where the owners grew various crops (cotton, sugar cane, etc) on the land. (Black) Slaves worked on plantations. So..it's unusual for a black girl to be names after a plantation when you consider the roots/terror/injustice of slavery. I'm quite familiar with the irony...it's my name too, and I'm black!!
