Your morphing with a cheap Morph program is WAY much better, than the regeneration effect they use on the series. The way it should be done. Not orange volcano erupting like rubbish they use.

Great Work, I actually think this is a bit better than the morph from David Tennant to Matt Smith in The End of Time which is barely noticable. The morph is barely a second long, It's like they got the angles wrong on their faces or something and just fudged it, doesn't seem likley though, since they'd presumably been planning it for months in advance.

Download the trial version of Morpheus photo morpher, it's free but it only allows 20 plays. After that you can still do morphs but you have to take screen shots of each frame and tidy them up in Photoshop. I was able to animate them by using iMovie. It's all done on the Mac, and takes AGES. Tutorial? What you mean in the form of a video?

Watch a video of all the regenerations and see what i mean 1st dr old 2nd dr a bit younger 3rd dr old 4th dr a bit younger 5th dr younger 6th dr same 7th dr older 8th dr younger 9th dr older 10th dr younger 11th who knows i was nearly right there was a bit of a tie with the 4th,5th and 6th

Pause it at 0.10 and you have a completely different dr it almost looks like the 11th dr cause the dr seems to get yonger or older as he regenerates
