I saw an interview with Guy and he said Red Chord invented the "wall of death". I dont know if it was tongue in cheek but we was doin this at the Living Room club in Providence RI...in the 80's. Also did this thing we called "red rover'. Form a line linking arms and the whole damn line crush every one against the stage. Then the guys along the stage would turn around arms linked and push back with the goal to reach the back wall. The few times we made the back wall the whole crown would cheer.
@PierreAndreJacques You misunderstood what Guy said.If you're talking about the metal injection interview he says "This kid came up to me and said man I never tried that wall of death before(and guy says to the interviewer "LIKE we invented the wall of death or something so I tried to play it off like that"and then he goes on with the story.
Hehe they got off lucky having a nice grassy area to do this on, when they came to scranton in 08 we had nothing but a parking lot underneathe our feet and there was atleast double the amount of people there then in this video... Chicago < Scranton = even more hardcore hehe
I was in the mosh pit before they played this song and stayed in their for two whole songs. I think I got out the song before this one, but they rocked.
