  • Hi, did you find the tent city? Was it on the other side of those mountains...should say on the waymarker how far. I got there but my Maule doesnt seem to want to climb to 14,000 feet, nose keeps dropping...trying to get up to the medical camp for pick up of a patient...any idea's? I turned my buttons on...cant see pitot tube.. fly online with me..rick here, leave message for me if you want. Thanks.

  • Hey man. I just did this mission, and if you do take the rescue part of it, then it's very time consuming to push her up to 14. The plane won't want to go willingly, but when you get up past 8,000, your going to want to set a climb no more than 500 FPM, maybe even 400. Also, check your fuel flow. When you get up to higher altitudes, your going to have to lean your mixture out to deal with the thinner air, and get the best performace out of it.

  • @Northern206

I did not make sure of altitude and a direction by the mistake of the destination.

I am surely careful about the fuel

  • @Northern206 I possess it by adjusting loading fuel according to flight altitude from the next time, thank you

  • @ellonysman find the very hard to climb? you must pay more attention about the speed, the speed can't slow under 40knots. At the same time, you have to turn when you are climbing. Also, pitch up degree should stay about 5 to 10. Hopes the information can help. In fact, I can't finish that mission too! but I can't climb to about 14500 feet. But watch out, the engine may fail after you land!!

  • @ellonysman I took the wrong destination. It is a slope by the nothing other side

  • @ellonysman I make the flight reference in a light state of the air ^^
