Spinal Decompression exercise works for me! Just hang yourself upside down for 10-15 minutes a day and it will add 2-3 inches to your height in 2 years, depends on your age mostly.

How tall should you be to qualify for the Marines? And how old are you?

If you're still in your teens, the maximum growth you'll achieve is 5 inches given that you perform the exercises regularly and eat the right foods.

But if you're already past 21 years old, you'll only grow a maximum of 2 inches because you'll only benefit from the spinal decompression exercises.

well my 5'1 mom got this, and I also tried it. Not gonna lie, this works, but this is a TOUGH program. if you want results you really gotta push yourself. you will be left sore all day. I would only do it if you really need it. If your 6' or over, its very difficult for you to find room for your arms and legs. unless you do it outside. bottom line, it works, but only do it if you really need it.
