i miss new wave is one of my favorites.. but theres so many more..tripoli, while we were hunting rabbits, pledge of allegiance, weapon, strange days, in a world called catastrophe, truffle pigs so many to list i could go on and on. matts the best out there. and i dont know why but the cold weather always makes me think of the song in a world called catastrophe for some unkown reason.

I was very impressed that he likes Explosions in the Sky, as they are a much too obscure band and he seems to like them as much as I do.

I think Born Losers, House of Smoke and Mirrors and Weapon should be up there with Avalanche as well as one of his top songs. Avalanche was his best record by a smidge over Hospital Music.

But he's a great songwriter, an interesting blogger and fun interviewee.

I could see him saying that actually. Even on the CD Avalanche, I think I like While we were hunting rabbits better on that cd. Fantastic artist though!
