I don't think the commercial takes a shot at anyone. The hotel is old and dingy but the lady seems nice even if I can't understand what she is saying. The dog dragging it's butt is hilarious. I just think it's a cute commercial and the best one of this series.

BTW American dogs drag their butts too.
