I was in a band (Full Fathom Five from Iowa) that played with 27 Devils Joking a couple of times back in the late 80s (the Rockin' Tepee in Santa Fe and the Wagon Wheel in SF). Ive had the chorus to this song occasionally pop up in my conciousness ever since. Great band!

I saw a flyer on the web about 8 days after this show happened.

Bummed me out I remember the days when 27 Devils Joking had shows at their HQ on Siler St- back in the mid 80's. Good Times

The name of the song is "Sometimes these words don't mean anything" off the album Smells Like Fun.

I with 3-4 friends would make the drive from Espanola
